3rd Person POV
Erin shot up in her bed, there was something important going on today. What is it? What was she supposed to remember? Her birthday? No, that wasn't it... Of course! Today was the day the Eric, Emma and Ezra normally go in to town, find some street kids and just goof off. Today was that one day that all street kids could hang out together without having to worry about someone stabbing them in the back, literally or metaphorically.
Erin wasn't sure when this developement came to be, it was just some unspoken, mutual agreement between everyone, she didn't think too much of it. She bounced over to where Emma was. Emma was sleeping underneath Hera, Erin shook her lightly, she didn't stir. Erin huffed then yelled in Emma's ear,
"Wake up!" She effectively woke up both Emma and Hera.
"What is it? Are we under attack? Are you hurt? What time is it?" A stream of babble strung out from both mouths.
"It's morning, I'm not hurt, and we are not under attack," Erin answered.
"Then why'd you wake us up?" Hera asked sitting down on Emma's bunk.
"Sorry I didn't mean to wake you up, I meant to wake up Emma!" She replied cheerfully.
"Why?" Groaned a disgruntled Emma. She stuffed the pillow on her face falling back.
"Because, today's the day!" Erin squealed.
Emma shot up, "You mean?"
"Yup,"
"Already?"
"Mhm,"
"Now?
"Absolutely!"
Hera looked confused. "Wha-"
She was cut off by Emma, "We have to get dressed, then get the boys!"
"Woah, woah, woah, hold up, what is going on?" Hera crossed her arms.
"No time! Gotta go!" The girls dressed in record speed and ran off to the boys' room. They knocked the door loudly. They heard a thump, some yelling, the door openedd revealing a digruntled Eric, followed by Ezra and Zeb.
"What's up?"
"Today's the day!" Emma squealed, the boys stood up looking more awake.
"Give us 2 minutes," Ezra closed the door. In less then a minute, the door opened showing them dressed and ready to go. Let's get some breakfast and then we roll." Eric cheered.
The four kids ran towards the mess hall, knocking down Sabine and Kanan in the process.
The three other members of the Ghost turned to Hera, "Wha-?""I have no idea," Hera shook her head. Together the crew walked towards the mess hall.
The kids were stuffing their faces quickly.
"I can't believe it's already today!" Eric grinned.
"Well believe, 'cos the day is here!" Erin smirked.
"Yeah, and we are gonna be late!" Emma exclaimed.
"Let's get a move on, can't be late today!" Ezra stood up with the kids.
Before they left the rest of the crew stopped them.
"What's going on? Why is it such an important day? What's the rush?" Kanan questioned.
They rolled their eyes and crossed their arms (it was kind of unnerving).
"Today is the day where all street folk get together," Ezra began.
"Today, we simply goof off and have fun," Emma continued.
"Today we don't even have to worry about someone stabbing us in the back," Erin explained.
"Today we are all equals, I guess it's like an unspoken holiday," Eric finished with a shrug.
"We street folk get tired of being on guard all the time which is when this started, it's kind of like a temporary peace alliance or something, it's loads of fun talking to people without having a blaster to you head," Ezra said.
"You guys can come too if you want..." Emma offered.
"Won't we be a little...." Zeb trailed off.
"Old? Nah, the streets consists of assorted ages, turns out the Empire caused a lot of people to end up homeless without families" Ezra smirked bitterly.
Kanan shrugged, "Sure, we'll come."
"Just stick with us for a while until we tell you not to," Erin smiled.
---Time Skip---
The four kids brought the crew to an alley, they bent to a manhole, the lifted it open, the stench of sewage hit their noses.
"Come on," Ezra gestured.
"To the sewers?" Sabine asked incredulously.
"Yeah, it's how we get to the underground hangout," Emma said in 'duh' voice.
"Duh," Erin added. Go figure.
They climbed down the ladder, the trudged threw the sewer when finally they stopped. Ezra pushed a brick, it rumbled part of the wall slid open revealing a well lit stairway. How cliche... They climbed down, the wall closing behind, and at the very bottom was a sight to behold.
Music blasted from the speakers as a DJ spun her disks with a grin. People danced on the flashing multicolored dance floor a disco ball hovering on top. Some stood (or sat) by the refreshments table. Someone spotted the group and grinned,
"Yo, guys look! The Enigmas have arrived for the festivities, along with some friends." People cheered
"Their the Rebels," Eric nodded. The guy whistled, "Not bad, yo."
The rest of day was just pure fun. Foosball, arm wrestling, eating, dancing and singing contests, anything really. Althogether that was the most fun the Rebels ever had. They wished every day could be like this. Oh well, at least they had one day a year right?
Once they got back to the ship, they all were about to crash when Hera said,
"That was fun we should go next year."
"We go every year!" Ezra grinned.
Somehow during the festivities they had bonded more, they had gotten closer, they understood each other better, they had become more like a family.

AN: I'm not really sure where I was going with this, it was kinda short and barely included anyone, I guess it was just a little drabble. Tell me what you think though!
AN 2: I just change a few details here, I've renamed the 'E Gang' to the 'Enigmas', I think it sounds much better, it starts with E because if you notice, all of their names also start with E! I've also change Elaine's name to Erin, it seems to fit better:
Eric, Erin, Ezra, Emma
