Running into Diaphanous wasn't by chance. Odessa had planned it all out, even went as far as to memorize a speech that flew out of her mind as soon as she saw Diaphanous. She's not sure why, but she finds more comfort in Diaphanous than any other person, albeit they've only spoken for around 20 minutes. Odessa is completely enamored by Diaphanous. The way she talks, walks, all of it, even the little smiley faces she uses when texting.

Odessa gets out of her car and walks across the driveway into the mansion. Her heels clicking make it as if she were happy, but she couldn't be any more depressed. Leaving Diaphanous had been one of the hardest things she had to do.
This depressing house wasn't making her feel any better. Entering the elevator, she presses the fifth floor, right before the highest floor, the sixth.
Walking into her bedroom she immediately drops her emotionless facade and pulls out her phone after flopping onto her bed, checking to see any texts from Diaphanous.
