Chapter 10: Battle

The Eye stared at them. Bell proceeded to pull out her bow and shoot it with an arrow. This clearly made it angry. Suddenly, a few smaller eyes came out of it's pupil. 

"Ew, that's disgusting!" 

Mike ran up and shot some sparks at the smaller eyes and they quickly burnt to death. 

The Eye began charging at the group. 

"Don't let it separate us!" Zach told the others. He strafed backward until it stopped charging, then gave it a strong slash with his sword. As the Eye tried to attack Zach with more baby eyes, but Bell and Mike took this opportunity to attack it together. Bell rapidly shot arrows into it's back and Mike wildly blasted it with fire, enough to make it combust. The fire was quickly put out, though. It then charged at Mike and knocked him down. He tried to drink a healing potion, but the Eye summoned smaller eyes that knocked the potion out of his hand. He remembered the Nurse. He got up and began to run to the Nurse's house. The Eye began following him, as he was weak. Right as he got to the Nurse's door, it charged.

It suddenly stopped. It rose up in the air, and Mike ran inside. After paying some silver coins to get healing, Mike ran out just in time for the show. The Eye was thrashing about, chunks of it flying off and it roaring in pain.

"What happened?" 

"Right before it hit you, Zach ran up and stabbed it in the back, you can see him holding on for dear life up on the Eye." Bell said.

Mike looked up and saw Zach holding onto his sword, which was stabbed into the Eye's back. 

Eventually, Zach fell off, and couldn't retrieve his sword. Suddenly, the Eye turned to look at Zach. The front part of it fell off, which revealed a grotesque mouth with lots of teeth. It charged at him, and ate him. He thought he was gonna die a gross and acidic death. He noticed his sword poking into the Eye. He pulled it out, but not without cutting open his hand first. He took the sword and used it like a crowbar to force open the Eye's teeth. He jumped out and landed in front of his friends. His adrenaline was rushing so he couldn't feel the searing pain of his hand bleeding. He told his friends to rapidly attack the Eye. After a volley of flaming arrows and sparks, the Eye got angry. It dashed around like a maniac. It was basically only a blur. Everyone began using their weapons wildly in all directions, as it was nearly impossible to catch that thing. They had to use a lot of healing potions. Eventually, they were all on very low health but they were sick from potions. It seemed like this was it.

"Well," Mike said, "We had a good run." 

"Yeah. Just wish we could have gone longer..." Bell said while coughing up blood.

Suddenly, Zach heard a familiar noise. A falling star. He looked up to see that the star was going to hit the Eye. But suddenly, the Eye dashed toward them and the star missed. Zach braced for impact...

Another star.

Another star hit the Eye and killed it. It exploded into a million pieces. It rained flesh. 3 treasure bags that had the Eye on it fell into the trio's arms. They all went to the Nurse and got healed up. They headed to the Guide's place and all opened their bags. They all got a Shield of Cthulhu, some demonite, and some unholy arrows.
