"You and Jay huh?" Sunghoon said, lightly pushing his feet, swaying the park swing.

"What are you talking about?" Jangmi asked him, putting her feet down to stop.

They both sat side by side on the swings of their apartment complex's playground, waiting for Sunoo who had to run back to the convenience store.

"I mean the weekend. Both of you hung out right?" Sunghoon said to the girl who was looking up at the sky.

"Yeah, spent the night with him and hung out the next day." She casually said to the boy who felt like his heart was crumbling.

"Maybe we should hang out next week too." Sunghoon invited the girl, making her look at him. "It's been a while since we went out together." He continued his invitation, hoping that she'd be as enthusiastic at his invitation like how she was with Jay's.

"It's been a while, hmm." She hummed. "I miss our dates." She told him making his heart skip.

He knew that she never meant it romantically, but he still loved going on platonic dates with her. He loved to spend time with her, especially now that he's busy training.

Sunghoon valued the small moments he still has with her right now and tries his best to keep seeing her while he still can.

Sunghoon's dream of debut was something he wanted so bad. But, he also wanted to be with Jangmi. He wanted to spend time with her, celebrate with her, cry with her and share memories with her just like how they grew up.

But debuting meant that some things were going to be stricter, debuting meant he had to accept that he wouldn't be able to do these kinds of things with her often or anymore even. That's why he's trying so hard to spend time with her right now.

Because debuting meant that he had to let go of his dream of being together with Jangmi. He had to choose between the two, and one thing's for sure, he would choose debut.

"What else do you want to do when we go out?" Sunghoon asked her, trying to cater to what she wanted to do.

"Maybe we should go to a flowershop too! Remember when we took a workshop and I made you into a human bouquet!" She said laughing at the memory.

"You couldn't even tell the difference between the flowers and me." Sunghoon boasted, acting with his face and showing off his jawline, earning a hearty laugh from the girl.

"The girls at the Chinese restaurant also thought so too! Asking you for a picture." She recalled what happened when they went out with him still in his bouquet form.

"Because I was too good looking, they couldn't resist!" Sunghoon jokingly praised himself.

"Or maybe because you just looked like a fool." Sunoo said running up to them, making the two laugh. "Here." He said as he passed them both an ice popsicle from his plastic bag.

"Words can hurt you know." Sunghoon acted to Sunoo only to earn a laugh from him while they made their way to their buildings.

"Sunghoon hyung, are the two guys you were with trainees too?" Sunoo asked Sunghoon while opening a bag of chips from his bag.

"Yup, we're on the same team." Sunghoon answered. "Both of them are foreigners, one from Autralia and one from the States." He boasted about his friends.

"If you're really good friends with them, why can't you still talk to me in English?" Sunoo teased Sunghoon making him chuckle.

"He looks better than them though." Jangmi defended her friend, putting her arms around his shoulder acting like a proud sister.

Sunghoon blushed at her compliment, but the darkness from the night hid it. He was usually the one who complimented her and not the other way around, so it felt even better to accept a compliment from her.

"Whatever." Sunoo said while playfully rolling his eyes. "Come on now! I want to go back inside it's getting old." He nagged his sister who was back with Sunghoon.

"I guess this is where we part." Sunghoon said moving away from the girl's touch. "See you on the weekends." He reminded the girl while waving.

"Good night Sunghoon, thanks for bringing us home today!" Jangmi thanked him as she waved him goodbye.

"Anything for you two!" He yelled before running to the other building and disappearing into it.

"You know I think Jay hyung looks the best." Sunoo said while plopping down on their couch.

"And?" Jangmi questioned the boy, plopping right beside him. "It's not like it matters." She continued.

"Yeah I know, their whole trio will for sure be a hit when they debut." Sunoo said to his sister who was taking out a fry. "I think Jay would be on the top." He continued to predict.

"Maybe you should join them." Jangmi teased his brother before opening the television. "You seem so invested in them." She said while passing Sunoo a burger.

"Because they look like cool hyungs, I'd love to hang out with them." Sunoo smiled thinking about how fun the three would be as friends. "Don't you think?"

"They're good. They have a good balance." She casually said trying to be as neutral as possible.

"So who do you like the most?" Sunoo tried to ask his sister, getting ready to tease her.

"You!" Jangmi said while she attacked his brother with a tight hug. They spent the rest of their night like this, hanging out and asking each other about their school and social lives.

Since they went to different schools, they would usually take a few days to relax like this and hang out with each other. They enjoyed themselves whenever their parents are out.

While they were watching a movie though, Sunoo's phone rang. It was Jungwon, calling about the upcoming auditions and the things they had to prepare for it. Ultimately ending their staycation, making Sunoo go to his room.

Jangmi laid on the sofa, thinking about the things she and Sunghoon should do for the weekend. She was excited about spending time with him, she longed for them to spend time each other everyday.

Honestly speaking, she missed Sunghoon. She missed spending time with him and being deep and real with him.

Growing up together made her trust Sunghoon, made her realise that she couldn't live without him.

He was her other half, so for him to be gone and busy right now was something hard on her too. She was still happy for him though, seeing the practice videos he sends her made her happy. She knew that Sunghoon was happy with training and fully supported him.

"Maybe we should go karaoke." She said to herself. "Or maybe we can go to an amusement park." She said scrolling through the weather forecasts for the week. But her search was paused when a message came up.

"I wish I could've told you sooner. But, I ranked first today!"
