Here i am. In. the loud school-hallway, looking for my friends. Meanwhile i see my best friend Jayden, black curly hair and quiet tall. He's coming towards me with a big smile.
"Yooo Mads!!", he shouted and giving me a fist bumb. I look to my right and see all the girls being jealous, because of my great best friend.
"Hey Jay", i answered.
"What's up, how was your weekend?", he started his usual small talk on our way to the classroom.
"It was..good i guess. How are you?"
"I'm in such a good mood!- You sound pretty sad tho-"
Yup. I have my reasons man.
"I'm just really tired."
"I hope so bun."
He calls me nicknames and stuff, because he knows what i'm going through and so that i feel "a bit of comfort" as he always says.
At the door he whispered in my ear:
"I have to ask you something in the break."
"Aight i'll wait for you."
~Break
"So what do you wanted to ask.."
"You know that vacations are next week right? So my family asked if you want to come to our big house in Spain."
"Jayden- you know that my pa-"
"Shhhh! I'll ask them because imma take you home tonight."
"Ugh fine."
"Greatttt!!"
~Schools done
We're on our way to the bus and he comes my way. I'm fucked up because i know that my parents are gonna think that i hired Jayden to ask them. They love him actually, like it's their own child. But so does Jay's fam loves me. We've kinda grew up together which means that we are basically siblings.
At home we take off our shoes and go to my room to put our bags onto the floor.
"Hey Mr. and Mrs. Miller!", he said with a bright smile.
"Jayden!! What a pleasure to see you! My wife cooked so come go eat with us!", my father said.
We went to the dining room and sat down. Normal balkan food as always but it was so good.
"So Mr. and Mrs...i wanted to ask you two if your daughter can come with me and my family on vacation. We're gonna be at our usual house in Spain!"
"I mean..of course! If she wants to."
"That's great to hear. Thank you very much, and the food was delicious by the way!"
-1 hour later
Jay's gone now. I hope nothing bad is gonna happen now.
"Hun, why don't you just date him. He is such a great guy!"
Wow my parents are really nice today-
"Mom, you know i want to focus on school and i'm way out of his league. He sees me as a little sister and not as a lover."
"Well..you never know! I also thought the same about your dad..turned out it wasn't true."
We laughed. Damn i missed this family time so much since my big brother moved out..
We had fun that day. The school..was okay. Next week i'm gonna be away from here.

It was already Sunday and i had to pack my stuff.
