I do not own the Avengers. The only thing I own is the storyline (Mostly) and everything about Y/N.

So there I was, waiting in the hospital for Bucky to wake up. Because of the situation, I decided to spew my feelings for Bucky. Bad idea.

I sat my leather-clad ass down into a blue hospital chair and ran a gloved hand through my curls. I tapped my fingers on my metal arm, morphing it into different things as I tried to figure out what to say.

"So, you are in a coma, after being shot by someone who probably went through the same as you. I really wish you were awake though, the stars are beautiful." I made a star on my arm.

"I know that being a trained assassin, I should keep my feelings intact, but I just can't. I-I really, really like you. You probably don't feel the same way, but, I really like you," A reindeer.

"You know, I liked you from the first time I saw you, but I think it became love when I started getting to know you." A heart.

"Oh man, look at me, confessing my love to a man in a coma. But really, if we ever get together, I need to thank Wanda. Maybe Piet. Maybe." I paused, not sure what to say next.

"That was beautiful," Tony said, sarcastically clapping in the doorway, a camera in one hand. "TONY!!" I yelled, whipping my face around so fast that my brown curls slapped me in the face. "Hey, Avatar, no yelling in the hospital," Tony smirked, using his new nickname for me. "Ugh! Tony, sometimes I want to accidentally let the ocean swallow you whole!" I growled, letting my yellow eyes flash blue.

Tony backed up two steps, almost tripping Pepper. "Okay, I don't want to scare you guys, but this person who almost killed Bucky? Yeah, she's rampaging through the hospital." I groaned, the world just couldn't stay calm for more than three freaking days.

Outside the hospital, a woman with strawberry blonde hair and a suit very similar to Bucky's was running up the side of a wall, gun in hand. "The hell is that?" I heard someone say. Walking over, I saw Sam donning his suit, with multiple pedestrians watching, mouths wide open.

"Okay, dumbasses, please move out of the way!" I yelled, making sure my yellow eyes were visible. A couple of people stood their ground, so I had to blast them away with a little bit of wind. While I did that, I created an invisible forcefield out of the air so that no bullets would penetrate into the crowd.

The woman turned to face me, and her purple eyes were very threatening. I was pretty sure she was a Winter Soldier. Before I could react, she had me in a chokehold. I threw a well-aimed punch, successfully knocking the wind out of her, temporarily.

The woman picked her gun back up and fired three quick rounds, two missing and one grazing my shoulder. Either those were warning shots, or she didn't know what she was doing.

Despite the pain now radiating from my shoulder, I brought out a knife, and was suddenly reminded of the old saying, "Never bring a knife to a gunfight." Oh well, it was too late to back out now, the woman was already charging at me, now with her own knife.

I dodged one of her attacks and threw my knife into the best place I could with my limited view of the woman, her ribcage. The woman pulled out my knife and threw it to the ground, but I could tell I had hit my target, as blood was spewing from the woman's chest now, and it looked like I might have punctured a lung.

Since we were now fighting unarmed, I had to hope brute strength would finally finish her off. She came at me first, going for my ribs, but I ducked and used one of my legs to knock her off balance.

Her blood spilled all over my hair, and into my eyes so that when I came up to punch her in the face, my hair whipped around and allowed blood to splatter into her face.

I kicked her, and she retaliated by throwing a punch at my injured arm. She went for my face, but I dodged so that instead she punched my ear, leaving a ringing sensation. Still, we carried on.

Being trained by Hydra really helped when you were fighting against them.

But even with her grave and probably fatal injury, this woman kept on.

Soon the woman collapsed, and I could tell she was dead. But even so, I had to cautiously walk up to her and put my hand to her neck, checking for a pulse that never came. Sam ran up to me and had to practically drag me back into the hospital to get some help for my scrapes and bruises.

I ran up each stair as fast as I could to see Buck. "That was one hell of a show out there," Bucky said from his bed when I opened the door to his room. "Well, thanks," I said, blushing. "C'mere." He said, beckoning to beside his bed. When I got there, he used his metal arm to bring me close to him, making sure to maneuver around my injured shoulder. He captured my lips in his, nipping my bottom lip. When we pulled apart, it was only for air. "Was that your first kiss since the 1940s?" I asked, tilting my head to the side ever so slightly.

Bucky was about to answer when Sam burst through the door. "As much as I hate to break up the lovebirds," I smiled, then kissed Bucky again, pulling his head into mine. "you need to get checked out." Sam finished.

"Oh, COME ON!!" I yelled, putting my hands on my hips. "Can I not have peace for ten damn minutes? Müssen Sie sich in alles einmischen, was ich tue? Zumal ich Bucky eigentlich mag!" Wanda just smirked. "Nun, Schwester, wir möchten nicht, dass du jetzt wie Pietro herauskommest, oder? " "Leck mich am Arsch," I said, and Wanda's smile was unmistakable. "What did she say?"Bucky asked me, bringing one perfect eyebrow up. I smiled. "Roughly? She said," Well, sister, we don't want you to turn out like Pietro, now, do we?" Bucky blushed. "Well, what did you say?" He asked me. "I basically told her to stop it," I said back, giving Wanda a look as I said it. She just shrugged.

"Well, off to see a doctor I go," I said, hugging Bucky, but flinching when my shoulder strained the wrong way. "GO!" Sam yelled.

After a week or so, I was able to leave the hospital, because everybody wanted to monitor me every possible second for as long as possible until I finally gave them the slip.

Once I got back to the compound, I was greeted with a family I knew and loved.
