28. Mixed reaction

Kat's POV

My heart is pounding. it's seven minutes until the concert starts with me out there on that massive stage on my own. the crowd is insanely loud. Niall snaked his as around my waist from behind me. " don't worry you'll be fine" he cooed into my ear. I held his hand as he spun me round. " thanks for this Niall." I laughed Louis tapped me on the back " Kat you're on." he smiled guiding my to my entrance point. " you'll do great babe" he said looking into my eyes. " thanks Lou" I smiled placing a peck on his cheek. I faced forwards awaiting the screen to rise revealing the crowd full of Italian fans. someone handed me a mic. the door opened I looked out at the 80,000 fans screaming before me. I took a deep breath as I sang the first line of ' elastic heart' by Sia. the crowd went wild I ran forwards continuing with the song. why did the stage have to be so big. " hello everybody my name is Kat and I'm your opening act for tonight!!" I shouted into my mic taking in the views around me. I could see some girls giving me death glares but I didn't care I was having fun and that's what mattered to me. " this next song is called style by Taylor swift" I announced my next song and the band played the music and I began to sing the song when I saw a fan had thrown a sign at me. I ran forwards dodging the sign and security escorted her out. At the end of style I slipped on some water. " that didn't happen" I laughed into my mic " strut it out kat strut it out... okay anyway." I laughed into my mic strutting down the runway causing all the fans to laugh. " how've I been have I been okay??" I asked. the fans screamed back to me " I'll take that as a yes then" I giggled. I sang a few more songs and got everyone dancing and singing along. " okay I would now like to introduce to you the one and only... ONE DIRECTION!!" I screamed pointing to the top of the stage where the boys were standing. Niall had a guitar in his hand. he smiled at me when we made eye contact. "straight of the plane to a new hotel." Harry belted into his mic. the crowd went wild. " just touched down you could never tell." he continued singing his part as Niall made his way down to me halfway down the runway. he got down to me and I just smiled. the rest of the boys made their way down to by us. Niall struck the ending chords of midnight memories. the crowd once again screamed as me and the boys group hug " you were amazing sis" Harry smiled. " thanks boys have fun" I said exiting the stage. I stood in the space between the crowd and the stage when Paul handed me a camera. " I saw your course work for photography. it's good.here from me happy birthday." I looked at the camera that Paul had bought me in my hands and smiled. I pulled the strap around my neck and snapped some pictures of the boys. I have to admit they were pretty good. I admired the pictures I took when Niall called me back onto the stage. he pulled me up onto the stage and I looked at him confused. he had a smirk in his face. I looked at the boys behind him and so did they. Oh no what have they done " so today is a special day for us for two reasons." Niall said looking around at the San Siro stadium before us. they had just sung girl almighty and some of the other songs off their new album, four. " 1) it's our first concert of the on the road again tour but
2) today is Kat's birthday." Niall smirked I closed my eyes laughing as he hugged me "aww Kat's getting old" Louis laughed running over to me

" I'm not I'm only 19 how old are you tommo??" I replied quite happy with myself. " the student had become the master" Louis gasped.

" So everyone let's sing happy birthday to my sister kat." Harry said joining in as the all made their way to the end of the stage. everyone started singing happy birthday and I felt like I was going to cry. The boys then all handed me a present. I looked at them in shock. what did they get me. I took the box and undid the ribbon and pulled the top off to hear a high barking sound. I put the box on the floor and a little puppy climbed out. it was so cute it was so small!! I looked at the boys. " thank you !!!!" I screamed as they ran over to me playing with the puppy. I gave them all a kiss leaving Niall's linger a few seconds before running backstage to show Louise. " Lou Lou" I shouted "quick come look what the boys got me!!" I squealed she can over to me and squealed " omg she's soo cute. what are you gonna call her??" Oh I don't know what should I call her?? I'll think of that later. I sat backstage for the rest of the concert playing with my new puppy. the show ended and me and the boys hung out playing with my puppy. " what are you gonna call her??" Zayn asked

" Kevin's a good name" Louis said nodding his head

" Yeah great name for a GIRL isn't it lou." I laughed

" What about Lucy??" Liam suggested. I shook my head she didn't look like a Lucy.

"What about Malibu?" Niall suggested. I looked at my puppy. it fit her perfectly. " Niall it's perfect." I said picking my puppy up

" Baby Malibu" I cooed. I looked at the boys and we were all smiling at eachother. my life couldn't get any more perfect.
