This is her and her stand and it's abilities and overall how good it is and what it can do. (This is future me editing so I'm changing the stand ability)
Her stand is able to let her be a psychic-medium. Like she can see and talk to ghosts (but not like every stand user can with Reimi but like all ghosts in general) but she can also summon ghosts too.
Her modified stand stats are: Potential- C Power- B Speed- B Range- A Durability- D Precision- C
Mieko is a first year class 1-b at Budogaoka. And comes in as a transfer student from Germany. And moved to Japan for her father's work.
Her parents got divorced but her dad won custody.
She transfers in right before the let's go eat Italian food episode. And will kind of be like the stand of the week at first and then grow as one of the gang
Also I imagine her house to be close to Kira for plot reasons.

Umm yeah her dads room and bathrooms aren't really important but she does have a small backyard but it's big enough for her to have a trampoline and a small porch to grill on.
