Chapter 14: Under the Overgrowth and Over the Underbrush

"Before you go, I need to tell you how to get to the Jungle. It's either in the east or the west. If you go in one of those directions and you see a snowy tundra, then turn back and head in the opposite direction, because that means the Jungle is on the opposite side."

"Alright, let's head out, team!"

The trio headed west. They walked for a bit. They walked for a while. They walked until their legs hurt.

"Well, I think we're here..."

The Jungle is a lush, moist biome of Terraria. It is a more lime green color than the regular forests, and has lots of big thorn bushes. It is also home to some of the scariest and strongest creatures known to man. The group found a cave and headed down. They soon came across the underground jungle. They noticed a glowing green plant, like a spore. They jumped down to collect it. Zach turned to notice a giant hornet shoot a stinger at them. 

"Watch out!" 

Bell heard his call and threw a few poison knives at it, and it was poisoned.

"Hey guys, I think we're wearing it down!"

Mike finished off the hornet by giving it a good blast with his ruby staff.

"You know, this thing is great, and I thought my wand of sparking was heavenly."

Zach carefully harvested the jungle spore, and got three. 

"It seems these things produce a good amount of light. We can use that to our advantage." 

The trio went around, collecting spores, and fighting hornets. They collected a good amount of them, and stingers. They were exploring the cave, collecting valuable gems and heart crystals when they saw a long vine on the ground. They got close to it.

Suddenly, what looked like two mouths shot up and started fighting the trio.
