ACT ONE, SCENE ONE:

EXT. FILTHY GUTTER

KING REX is lying in heap of filth reflecting on his life. His face is heavily scarred.

KING

My life is so sad,

look at where I stand alone,

without love or hope.

My heart is broken,

All of my luck has run out,

I don't deserve peace.

I am abandoned,

A self made calamity,

I've found myselfmyself in...

SCENE TWO:

INT. RELATIOs HOUSE

RELATIO stares at KING REX, his face is full of anger. He holds the door open.

RELATIO

It was you! You Rex! You let me feed you, you lived in my house!

I brought you from an inch of death! I was supporting a coward, and a murderer!

Get out! Out of my house! Never come back! This is mercy I'm showing,

but so help me if I see you again, I'll be a murderer too!

KING REX crawls through the door on his hands and knees.

KING REX

No words can describe my regret. I deserve all of this and more!

I'm so sorry Relatio, forgive me! I've changed-!

RELATIO

Don't you dare say my name, you're words are poison!

Villain, you'll never change!

RELATIO slams door behind KING REX.

SCENE THREE:

EXT. ROOFTOPS

RELATIO stands with a bottle in his hand.

RELATIO

I've nursed a demon.

I have shamed my blood

I am stained, filthy.

The devil tricked me,

into helping his angel,

I cannot go on.

RELATIO jumps from roof.

ACT TWO, SCENE ONE

EXT. EXECUTION PLATFORM

HERALD reading a rolled proclamation on execution platform. Looking nervous. PROTESTERS glare up at him. RELATIO stands in the crowd looking sick. FRATER is bound and gagged, looking terrified. EXECUTIONER stands by, waiting with his axe. KING REX stands behind HERALD stiffly, not addressing the crowd, face not yet scarred.

HERALD

We are gathered here today for the public execution of Frater,

the hooligan who violently attacked our great king, RexJonathan the Third.

RELATIO drops to his knees pleading.

RELATIO

Frater barely touched you! Have mercy!
