You don't deserve to fucking live!" his face was fuming with anger until he realised where he was when two gurads were holding onto him holding him back away from me as I stood there shaking, the silent tears slipping down my cheeks.

Things definitely didn't go the way I thought it would have. Joshua admitted to raping me so the charges were less severe for him which is good...I guess...I mean I forgive him... My dad's reaction gave him away (obviously) and he's now serving only thirty years in jail for abusing me for the past four years.

I had left with my mom and step dad without getting a chance to talk to Zach or Christy. Zach wasn't answering my texts so here I was standing at his front door waiting for someone to open it.

Seth's POV

Christy opened the door, "Hey" she stepped out of the way, letting me in.

I smiled slightly, "Where's Zach?"

"Outside by the pool" I nodded heading to the back door in the kitchen, "Hey Seth?"

I looked at Christy "Yea?"

"You alright?"

I smiled, "Yea I'm okay" I said and left.

Zach stood at the edge of the pool in his swim trunks alone. I made my way to him silently and wrapped my arms around his waist from behind. He tensed at my touch then relaxed when he noticed it was me.

He moved my hands from him and faced me, "Why didn't you tell me?"

"Why didn't I tell you what?" I asked

"Don't play fucking stupid. You told Christy but you couldn't tell me?!?" he let out a long frustrated sigh, "sorry...do you not trust me enough?..." he sounded hurt.

"I should have told you before... I'm sorry..."

"Damn right you should have told me, so let me get this straight. When he said your ex use to protect you he meant from him...," I nodded slowly, "wow well I feel like a jackass, even Luke knew...you really don't trust me do you?"

"I do trust you it's just I didn't want you to pity me...And Blake-my ex he knew from the beginning so there really was no hiding it from him..." I muttered.

"You keep bringing up this Blake guy. I understand that he was special to you but you're with me now. You shouldn't have to feel like you should hide things like that from me. Seth I love you and I always be here for you when you need me. I don't know how many times I've got to say it to you for you to believe me" Zach there was smidge of jealousy in his eyes.

"I'm sorry..." I mumbled

"Okay if you say so...I don't want us to fight anymore" he sighed, "come for a swim with me?" he asked trying to lighten the mood.

"I don't have a swim trunks here" I said

"You can borrow one of mine" he said relaxing even more. Zach ran upstairs and came back with a trunks in his hand and gave it to me. I went into the bathroom in the hallway and changed out of my clothes and into it. I ran upstairs and left my clothes in his room and came back downstairs, meeting him outside.

He looked at me up and down and smiled, "takes the shirt off Seth no need to be insecure about your body"

I blushed and pulled off my shirt, Zach walked over to me, placing his hands on my hips and kissed me on the lips gently. He then picked me up and jumped in the pool with me.

"You asshole!" I exclaimed.

He smirked, "What you just say?" he had a glint in his eyes

My eyes widened, "nooothing!" I smiled.

"Oh really?" he raised an eyebrow while smirking. Zach pulled me to him and started to kiss me.

Soon I had Zach pushed against one of the walls in the pool as we made out. Zach's lips trailed down my jaw and then to my neck. I moaned softly as he licked and nibbled on my sweet spot. He groaned and whispered seductively in my ear, "You're making me so damn horny".

I blushed, "Then maybe we should get out of the pool if you know what I mean"

When we got upstairs Zach opened his door and carried me to his bed resting me on it even though I was soaking wet. He turned to close his door and locked it making his way back over to me.
