After Evan Wakes Up

Evans pov

I was at Freddy's with my family to celebrate my 8th birthday. I was hanging out with my sister talking about the stuffed animals I don't have.My brother was getting my birthday present. My brother pretends to bully and hate me to protect me. No one knows this other than Mikey and me. My sister who is 10 is spoiled and doesn't like getting ignored but my brother and I still love her. We just hope she can grow up."Hey crybaby"ugh now here come the tormentors -my brother. I was about to speak but then elizabeth had to open her mouth "leave us alone" "can it bitc*" "wow you need a girl to defend you Evan" -bite happens-

Michael's pov

I just arrived at Freddy's with Evans present that was in my car since it would be suspicious that I got Evan a present.I opened the door and saw my brother on the floor with his head bleeding and saw my parents,and sister run over to my brother and called the ambulance. I ran over to them and asked "what happened to Evan" then my sister said "your friends did this" "i didn't know they would do this" "of course you did you probably planned it" "why would I do that to my little brother" "well you hated him you probably wanted him dead"

At hospital

I was really worried about my brother but I couldn't show it. The doctor walked in and said that

my brother was in a coma and the chances of him surviving was slim and that if we wanted to

go see him we could. My sister than said that "it is all your fault" i was shocked "i wasn't even

their" my mother than says " don't yell at your sister"

A month later

"Hey Evan i got another offer to sing at a restaurant and a concert.I said yes to singing at both

but to wear makeup. I can't wait for you to wake up so we can play again"

A year later

"Happy birthday evan i can't wait till you're up so i can give you everything you want."

A year later

"Happy birthday it's been two years your 10 now Eli's 12 she got a lot of presents and

Mom,dad,and sis are blaming me for you being in a coma." then i saw is eyes open "doctor"

"yes" "he opened his eyes"

So now my brother is awake I called my mom and told her "evan is awake" they drove over and

I finally thought we could be a happy family. The doctor came and told us that "Evan won't be

able to move or talk for a long time so you will have to be extra careful with him" we got home

and everything was fine.

A month later

Evan needed extra attention so his head wouldn't get hurt but I was happy to help. Dad went

back to building the animatronics.I saw Eli looking at Evan with jealousy probably because he

got more attention but she wouldn't hurt him right?

3 months later

I had enough money to buy a house but since I'm 17 I have to wait till next year.

2months later

I found out were we could move when i turn 18 we will move to "michael come down stairs" well

guess they need something "coming" I went to the living room and saw mom hugging a crying

Evan "what happened" "why don't you tell me" "what do you mean" "Elizabeth told me you

pushed Evan" "I was in my room the whole time" "i don't care go to your room mistake"

5months later

Finally its a month before Evans birthday.(michaels birthday is a month before Evans) I get

dressed and yell "i'm going to the store" "nobody cares mistake" says my no longer little sister.i

went to the police station and walked to the front desk and said "I need to talk to Mr. Cherry"

"name" ''Michael Terrance Afton" a few minutes later room 3E "okay thank you" I walked to the

room and opened the door. "Hey Mr. Cherry" "hey mike what you need" "I was wondering if i

could bring my brother into my care instead of my parents" "well why do you need to do that''

'My father gave up on taking care of him, my sister pushes him on the floor and my mom said

she was going to stop caring for him, let him fend for himself." "okay i will see what i can do"

A week before Evans birthday

"Hey Evan" " hey mikey" "so how's your treatment doing" "great they said i could be able to walk

properly in about a couple days" "that's great" then i heard a knock on the door and it was

Mr.cherry "what do you need" "can you get your family in the living room" "okay"

"Clara,William,And Elizabeth come to the living room." They enter the living room and william says "This better be important I was busy building an animatronic" " hi I'm Mr. Cherry I'm a officer and I just wanted to inform you about something Michael here did" "I'm so sorry for whatever he did"said my mother "oh no it's nothing bad" "so then what is the problem officer" my father said "well you see Evan and him are no longer in your care from now on" Mr. cherry said in a serious voice "why they are our children and we love them" Said my mother 'no you don't' "well since your son is legal age he can now adopt or be a guardian of his brother Evan" "wait your going to be my guardian mikey" "yes i am Evan" "with what money they wouldn't be able to survive without us" "well you see mother actually i have a lot of money more than father" "how" said my mother "well you see mother i am Karma and i build a few things" "then why didn't you give me the money" said my mother " Why so you would waste it on elizabeth and yourself" "yes so eli can get better things" "well i have been wasting my money only on evan and myself" "why that freak and not me it's not fair" said Elizabeth " well im sorry" I then turned to evan and said "stay by mr. Cherry and scream if they do anything okay" "okay" evan said to me. I then walked to Evan's and my room and packed up all our belongings into bags and boxes.

30 minutes later

I went through the back and put all the bags and boxes into the limo I called a while ago without William,Clara, and Elizabeth noticing. I then heard Evan yell. I ran into the house and saw Elizabeth next to where Evan was sitting and Evan on the ground crying. I ran and grabbed evan "what's happened evan" "mommy,daddy and eli started to say mean things,eli then said i should have died and pushed me" "what the hell is wrong with you guys" i turned my head to William,clara,and elizabeth and yelled at them "i then turned to Evan and said "let's go" Mr.cherry walked out the house after saying goodbye and I walked evan to the Limo "we get a limo mikey" "yep anything for you" "to England" i said to the driver

At england

I was in my study when sebastian came in with a letter " a letter from the queen'' sebastian said "okay give it here" i open it and it said { Dear Earl phantomhive their is two new people moving here one is 18 named Michael Afton and the other is 10 turning 11 soon but the 10 year old named Evan has a problem he is barely starting to walk because of an accident I hope that you can help them out.
