Laura's Misfortunes

24-Halloween!

Laura, Crystal, Trey, Marcus, and John all started getting ready for trick or treating around 5:00 pm. Crystal had dressed up as Little Red Riding Hood and Laura was a Fox.

Marcus wanted to be the Blue Ninja Turtle while Trey was Mario and John dressed as Naruto. They all happily met up at Laura's house.

"Oh Hey, Mrs. Smith!!!" Trey grinned as Ray brought out some candy soon after Laura dashed out. Trey grabbed a recees and so did John. Marcus grabbed snickers but Crystal wanted a lolipop. Laura didn't take anyhing because she already ate a bunch of the candy her mother was supposed to give out...

After, they left to start going Trick or Treating and that was around 5:40 pm.
Laura happily skipped around the neighborhood making them fall behind as she waited in front of the house for them to also arrive.

They finally reached and she knocked on the door. An old lady opened the door and had a gigantic bowl of candy. She smiled at them before going to fetch it. Marcus gasped, murmuring.

"...Crystal's grandma...!" Crystal's eyes widened.
"No! I don't know her-" the lady came back and held it in front of them. "So what do you say first, children??" Laura looked back and forth between her and the candy.

"Lady, I rather trick people and get the candy after so if you don't give me my candy...." They all gasped at Laura's rude words/tone.

The old lady looked taken aback as she stumbled backward when Laura got closer to the bowl. "Give me the whole bowl, granny! Before I eat you and fool your granddaughter to think I'm you!!!!" She tried swiping the bowl away from her but the lady screamed running further into the house. Laura chased after her.

"LAURA!!" "CRYSTAL SAVE YO GRANDMA" "I DON'T KNOW THAT WOMAN" "LAURA, ARE YOU FOR REAL?! I KNEW WE SHOULD'VE JUST LEFT YOU CAUSE EVEN YESTERDAY, YOU RUINED THE WHOLE PARTY"

<FLASHBACK>

They had all been invited to the Halloween party Luke was hosting. Ocean had given them the information so they were so happy about it. Laura wore a cupcake costume this time and jumped in Ocean's brand new car to get to Luke's party.

Ocean was wearing a broccoli costume while starting the engine.

Soon, they got there.

She knocked and they were allowed to enter. Luke blushed, happily seeing Ocean and Megan may have been secretly looking Laura's way.

Everyone arrived and the fun began.
They started playing spooky music and playing certain games. Laura went to get a drink and spilled it on Crystal.

"Man, why you always in my way?!" Crystal felt extremely offended while saying sorry and getting her own drink after cleaning herself up. Her costume had been ruined...

Next, they had gathered to tell scary stories. "Ooh! Ooh! Me first-ME FIRST!!!" Laura exclaimed as they let her.

"Once...I woke up extremely early in the morning..probs around 4-5 am and the hallway outside my room was dark..." everyone started getting hooked on, feeling chills run down their spines.

"AND OCEAN CAME OUT OF THE BATHROOM WITH NO MAKEUP!!! IT WAS SO SCARY-I'LL NEVER FORGET IT!!!! SHE LOOKED SO UGLY AND HIDEOUS, Y'ALL TRULY WOULDN'T UNDERSTAND IF YOU AIN'T SEE IT"

Ocean grunted in anger. "Excuse me?!??" "You heard me." "You-" "h-how about we just skip to the next activity...um...AH, YES! SHALL WE ALL WATCH A MOVIE" They all screamed yea while Ocean was still in a bit of angry faze...

They went to go crowd around the TV while starting a horror film.

A few minuted deep into the movie, the main character heard a sound come from their kitchen and walked around the dark house that creaked on its own for no reason to go and solve this weird mystery...

This action made Laura a BIT mad...

She had punched Trey in the face. "WHY?! SHE'S SO STUPID!!! YOU NEVER EXPLORE-JUST WALK AWAY-MIND YOUR OWN BUISNESS, AND ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T HEAR NOTHING" They all looked at Laura who was screaming at the TV.

"SEE, THAT'S WHY 'FALICIANA' GONNA DIE-SHE DUMB-SHE DESERVED IT-AND I KNOW I'M RIGHT CAUSE I ALREADY WATCHED THIS MOVIE SO SHE DEAD"

Once again, she decided to express her anger by now THROWING Trey at the TV, breaking it. Even through all the pain, Trey corrected her.

"H-her name...it's not Faliciana...it's Patricia..." then he fell unconscious...

<END OF FLASHBACK>

"SEE, THE ONLY THING GOOD LAURA HAS DONE THIS WEEK WAS HELP OCEAN TO REALIZE THAT LUKE WAS THE ONLY ONE FOR HER" Laura continued chasing the lady in her house...
