Her name is a reference to the Son of Sam killer(s) cos I fucking can. She's a serial killer who kills by ripping out her victim's throats and then eating the palms of their hands. The majority of her victims also seem to show signs of being raped. She has a very specific pattern for killings. All her victims are men who have had pasts of sexually harassing and abusing women. She only seems to kill men who have been broken up with due to being abusive a few days to a week prior to being killed.
She's transgender and was made fun of a lot as a kid so she has a lot of anger built up inside her. When she was 7 her parents got into a car crash and she was sent to live with her abusive aunt and her sexually abusive uncle, this built up her anger even more. Her first victim was when she was 15. The man she killed was trying to rape her, he was 32. She killed the man via biting his neck until he bled, she then ate him to dispose of the body. She decided the palms of his hands tasted best so that's why that's all she eats on her victims today.
She was born in England but moved to Japan to escape the police. She doesn't know a word of Japanese.
When she's not killing people, she's bouncy and happy, always up for talking to people and being friends with everyone.

Her quirk is Dog which gives her dog like features such as ears, a tail and her legs have a different structure, giving her hackles like a dog. Yes her hair is naturally pink and grey and she hates people asking.
