Chapter 2

He took the opportunity to run...

And didn't hesitate one bit...

*Hinata's POV*

I ran off leaving the car and the gas station my father was in.

Yes I know I'm crazy, I'm like in the middle of nowhere. Well I didn't think about that. All I was trying to do at the moment was get away.

As I was running I heard yelling from behind me.

Me being the person I am I turned my head to see my dad yelling out my name while running after me.

"HINATA GET YOUR FUCKING SELF BACK OVER HERE OR YOU WILL REGRET IT ONCE I CATCH YOU." My father yelled while running after me.

'Well that's if you catch me' I thought to myself and I started to run in the woods. Thinking I would get away from him faster this way.

As I was running my foot caught on a hidden ledge and I stumbled, losing my footing. As I began to slip down the hill, My heart pounded with fear, and I scrambled to grab hold of anything that might stop my fall.

But the hill was steep and slippery, and my efforts were in vain. I slipped and slid, careening towards the bottom of the hill, picking up speed as I went. The sound of my sliding and cursing could be heard throughout the mountainside as I careened towards danger.

As I reached the bottom of the hill, I crashed into a few small boulders, my body aching with pain. I lay on the ground, gasping for air, as I realized the full extent of my predicament. I had taken quite a tumble, and wasn't sure if I'd be able to continue on.

Despite my injuries and my pain, I was determined to finish my goal, no matter how difficult it would be. I took a moment to collect my thoughts, and then I groggily picked myself up, ready to face whatever came next.

Looking up I see my father running down the hill to get me. I didn't care how much pain my body was in, though it was mainly my side that hurt.

All that mattered was that I had to get away from that man that I call my father.

"HINATA STOP RUNNING WILL YOU." I heard someone yell behind me.

(Again for those who didn't read the fix up in chapter one the dad is not the bio father so he doesn't have the same last name.)

"No, I WON'T STOP NOT UNTIL YOU LEAVE ME ALONE!" I yelled back at him picking my pace back up as I ran.

I don't know how long I've been running but I finally lost him. He was no longer behind me but...

'Where am I?' I thought to myself as I stopped to catch my breath.

I looked around to see branches on the ground that were full of leaves. Trees everywhere some with leaves some without some are white trees some oak trees and a few evergreens, but barely any. I could hear the owls in the night and all kinds of different animals.

It kind of reminded me of a scary forest you would see in the horror movies.

But what could go wrong in the woods, am I right?
