Lovestruck

Leah's POV

I was walking to lunch with Maria when Kyle the most popular kid in school stopped me. Hey he said hi ? I said because he has never talked to me or Maria. So he said would you like to grab some lunch with me sometime ? I said sure when he said Saturday at 2:00. I said sure sounds great. Later I walked away alone since Maria left so I just listened to White Flag by Sabrina Carpenter when I was thinking about Kyle and me together I have had a crush on him since 3rd grade I was just Lovestruck. I was wondering what to tell Maria I didn't want to leave her alone on a Saturday especially when we usually have a girls night out. I didn't want to lie but I had to I just couldn't tell her the truth.

Maria's POV

I was walking to lunch when Kyle came up to Leah and asked her out. So I left then I plugged in my headphones and started listening to Lovestruck by The Vamps. When I bumped into someone and fell they helped me up and said sorry I knew that voice anywhere it was Nicolas I said its okay. Then he said would you like to go out with me this Saturday at 2:00 I was freaking out in the inside but outside I acted cool and said sure sounds cool. When he walked away I could tell I was Lovestruck I couldn't focus during class I wonder what I'll tell Leah I don't want to leave her all alone on a Saturday. When I went outside Leah came up to me and said what are you doing on Saturday I just wanted to tell her the truth but the truth hurts so I told her going to the park with my cousin. I felt bad I lied to her but I couldn't tell her the truth I still wonder when she has that date with Kyle.
