𝐈 𝐀𝐌 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆. {𝐔𝐳𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧}

A YOUNG black haired child, her age, stepped out from behind a tree. Sasuke. He was arrogant and lofty even as a child, it seemed. 

"What scroll do you have?" He demanded immediately, as if he wasn't surprised at the power Karin showed. 

"Same as yours." She answered simply, brushing her hair back. 

"Why do you know which scroll I have?" 

"The chances are fifty fifty you know, it's not so hard to guess. By the way you're acting, I guess I got it right."

Sasuke was visibly irritated, and he turned to leave. 

"Wait. Your teammate, Naruto. I want to meet him, so don't panic if you sense my presence behind you."

The Uchiha ignored her and leapt into a tree, so Karin shrugged at his stupidity and followed after him. Of course, she completely erased her chakra signature so that it was impossible to feel her, just to make the other boy feel stupid.

Eventually, Sasuke stopped in front of a large tree, where his other two teammates were sleeping.

And when he ignored them also, and left again to drink some water from a nearby river, Karin jumped down from a tree branch, and knelt in front of Naruto, poking his forehead.

Surprisingly, the boy woke immediately, which surprised Karin, as she thought he would be the type to stay asleep even when the world was burning.

"Hello." She whispered.

"Um-hi?" Naruto responded, gazing around him in confusion.

"Are you an Uzumaki?" Karin asked bluntly.

"Yeah. Why dattebayo?"

"Did you know that the Uzumakis were a powerful clan from a far away village that unfortunately was destroyed? The first hokage's wife, and your mother were both from that clan. And so are you." 

It was obvious that Naruto was shocked. But once again to her surprise, he registered and absorbed the information extremely fast, and asked a question seriously. "Why are you telling me this ttebayo? Don't get me wrong, it's great to hear ttebayo, but whats it to do with you?"

Karin was confused. Was Naruto supposed to be like this? But she decided that it was easier for her anyway. "I'm also from that clan. And in the future, you'll meet another one like us." She responded.

Now Naruto was shocked, and slightly suspicious. rightly, as it should be odd to suddenly be told that a stranger they just met was from the same family as you.

So Karin smiled and took Naruto's hand, and held it so it touched her's. Immediately, they were both brought in front of Kurama, the nine tailed fox. The huge red bars that separated them from the bijuu was intimidating.

"Hey, brat. Long time no see. Who's that? No one else should be able to-" The colossal fox leaned closer to stare. "Wait. Her chakra is the same as yours...and that woman, your mother." He started to chuckle. "Look at that, brat. You've got family now."

a sentence that should've sounded mocking sounded like music to Naruto's ears. He started to sob, which disgusted Kurama, and when the two genin were out of Naruto's mind, he jumped forward to hug Karin tightly.

"Where-*sniff* were-you-*sniff* all this time?" He cried out.

Karin lightly patted Naruto's shoulder. "I was in kusagakure, dealing with some...business. It's alright now, I'll be gone again for a while, but we'll keep in contact."

"O-ok." Naruto finally calmed down, and now Sakura, the pink haired and useless girl, was awake.

"Who the hell are you!?" She shrieked, making Karin wince.

"None of your goddamn business, you banshee. Shut the fuck up." The redhead answered immediately. "Anyway, I'll see you at the tower."

And with that, Karin left before Sasuke could come back, leaving Naruto with a little letter in his pocket, and a big goofy smile on his face.

She was able to easily defeat some random team and take their Heaven scroll, and enter the tower after the team from Sunagakure. But she made sure to do everything quietly, and when her teammates finally woke up in surprise to hear that they had passed, Karin said nothing to them and went to sleep.
