"You seem distracted." Lucio giggled.

It had only been a few months since the taller redhead had fallen for the ambitious blonde. Julian finding it almost easy to get lost in Lucio's crimson shaded eyes. 

"Well I-" 

The doctor was suddenly interrupted by Lucio having an intense coughing fit. Julian quickly stood up and took hold of the glass of water that was on the bedside table.

"Here," He said. "Drink up." Julian insisted as he held the cold glass up to the blonde's chapped lips.

"Ah, thanks Jules." Lucio muttered as he took a sip from the glass.

"Anyways, continue with what you were saying." Lucio stated while adjusting his posture so that he laid more comfortably in his bed.

"Ah, well, I was just pondering about something unrelated..." Julian trailed off, making eye contact with Lucio occasionally. As the taller male looked into the blonde's eyes he couldn't help but have his cheeks be taken over by a wave of scarlet tint. "How we've been um, spending a-a lot of um, time together and um-" The redhead stammered as he fidgeted with the buttons on his gloves.

Lucio raised an eyebrow. He knew where this was going. The truth is that Lucio also happened to be quite fond of the doctor just as much as the doctor was fond of him. 

"Um well Lucio, I-I think I may be in love with you-" Julian blurted out. Oh no. He messed up. He didn't want to admit his true feelings to the count but he just had. 

"Oh Jules," Lucio said flirtatiously. "If you wanted to make out with me you should've just said so ages ago."
