Chapter 1

Location unknown

It is a dark stormy night at a unknown compound as a tall well built man in a black Special Ops suit waits on a helipad. As he looks up he sees a helicopter landing as he slowly walks up to it as the side doors open. Inside there are two men. One in a suit and tie, most likely a politician of some sort and the another man, His glasses coated in a layer of fog as he steps out and looks at the man who was waiting for them both. "Hello director how was the ride in?" The agent says as he looks at the man with the glasses. "Wonderful...thank you David, is Director Sword inside the compound already?" He says as the three of them walk inside the compound. "Yes sir he was hoping you would show up soon." They get to a long hallway with multiple doors but only on the right side. Next to each door is a large window made out of a greenish translucent material as a dark man in a trench coat is in front of them.

"Ah Director Sword, It has been too long." The other director says as he smirks fixing his glasses. "What have you brought us to see?" Sword looks at them all his face is riddled with scars including a large one over his eye. "Our new team" Sword says as the four of them walk up to the first window. Inside there is a girl with blonde hair sitting on a bed. As she looks at her hand it seems different, it looks like clawed hand. "What is this? She must be around 16." Says the politician as he looks at Director Sword. "Yes she is. And like I said this is our new team...A team that will be taught to stop any force that threatens the U.S, her citizens, and this entire planet." The politicians eyes light up in wonder. "But...how? She is still a child." "This is Rebbeca. She has a unique ability that let's her switch forms between a human and a tiger." He says this as she keeps looking at her hand. Not knowing they are there.

"So that means she is pretty much a were-tiger." David says as he gives off a almost chuckling smile. "What...are there others like her? Have you run tests on her? Can we extract her DNA?" The politician keeps asking questions until The Director looks at him almost glaring. "Maybe you should let Director Sword finish his tour before you start jumping on how to use these children to your own advantage?" The politician scoffs as he looks at him. "I didn't know you cared considering your records from your operation" "gentleman" Sword says as they stop. "Let us continue with the tour I am a very busy man."

They get to the second window. Inside is a young man with black hair. He lays back on the bed as he flicks his fingers the same way you would flick a lighter. Each time he does it a small flame appears but there is no lighter. "This is Jack, he has been training with Project Hades a Sister group of ours and has a very strong amount of Pyrokinetic powers." As Sword talks Jack flicks his fingers more growing a smirk as Sword points to the Window right next to Jack's. Inside there is large guy with black hair much like Jack. He has an all black jumpsuit. "And that is Logan he is Jack's teammate from Hades. He can control a parasitic ooze that covers his body. And it can make him a bit...Aggressive" as he says that as both David and the Director give a worried look as they walk to the next four windows. In the first one is a girl with long red hair and a fox tail and ears. "That is Rowman she is half fox and can contol the temperature of anything she touches, she can also absorb energy." Points the next two windows and they have two girls. They both have cat-like ears and tail. The first girl has black hair and is reading a book and the second one is short with short brown hair and is polishing a large sniper rifle as she drinks a bottle of vodka. "The short one with the vodka name is Vasily. She is one of the greatest marksman I have ever seen, And the other one is ash. She is one of the greatest assassins I have ever seen and can make a shadow double of herself."  They look into the last window of the four and see a boy that is half dog. He sits on the bed scratching his brown hair as his tail sways back and forth. "And this is Scruff" the politician looks at him "Scruff?" "Yes Scuff, he will not tell us his real name, he has genius level intelligence and can teleport." "Though he doesn't seem to be much of a fighter." David chuckles as the four of them get to the last three windows.

In the first window they see a boy and a girl that look like twins but for one thing. The boy has ice blue hair and the girl has fiery red hair. They both wear shades that match their hair. "This is hunter and roxian. They are twins and can shoot beams from there eyes. Hunter can shoot freeze beams and roxian heat. They can also absorb there respected element. And in the next window we have ivy." The Director and David both look inside and they see a small girl with short pink hair as she talks with a flower. "Is...she talking with that plant?" Says that politician laughing a little "don't let her size and innocence fool you. She can control plants and make them grow at a alarming rate." David keeps looking at her before giving a faint smile as they walk to the very last window.

"And this is Steel. We found him in the middle of the antarctic not knowing who he is or how he got there." They look in and see a young man sitting on the end of the bed just looking around trying to put everything together that is happening "So what can he do?" Says the Director as he rubs his goatee studying the boy. "We are not one hundred percent on the extent of his powers but we believe he has a very powerful healing factor and a ability to turn his skin into a unbreakable metal that is unknown to us." They all look at him as they hear someone at the end of the hallway say. "You know this team is gonna fall apart the second they get a mission."
