Kehira and the others continued their search for any leads on the Amemui Clan and the three tails. Genma and the others helped the citizens as they managed to clean up the town. Kehira was walking around the town seeing who all needed help along with seeing the damage.
Kehira: We managed to help most of the citizens here. Though if it attacks another town, we'll need more available shinobi to stop it.
With all the damage that was done from the tail beast, it was a miracle that the whole town wasn't destroyed. Just seeing the damage reminded him of the attack of the Nine tails several years ago. While he walked around town, he couldn't help but worry about where Y/N was.
Kehira: I hope you're alright, Y/N.
As he walked through the town, Anko appeared near him as Kehira looked at her.
Anko: How are things here?
Kehira: Everything is alright for now. Genma and the others are helping the citizens still in need of help. Have you got any leads on them, anything at all?
Anko: If you mean finding where their hideout is then no.
Kehira: Damn. We need to figure out where they are. The sooner we can find where their hideout is the better.
Anko: Have any of the others seen him?
Kehira shook his head in response.
Kehira: No. To be honest, I don't even know where he is. He can be anywhere knowing him. Trying to find him is going to be a challenge.
Anko: It must be tough for you. Espically after what Y/N said to you when he woke up.
Kehira stopped walking as did Anko.
Kehira: To be honest, I don't know what to even do at this point. I know I'm the one leading this team but at the same time, I want to help him. Honestly, This is one of the toughest missions I've lead so far.
Anko: I can't blame you. With all that has happened, along with that Akatsuki member appearing, this mission has gotten a lot more complicated. Not to mention, Y/N going out on his own.
Kehira: I'm not that worried about him going on his own. However, with him saying that he plans to leave the village and go rouge, I don't know what I should even do at this point.
Anko: Don't worry I'm sure everything will turn out fine. Said smiling. I'm sure Y/N will come back. Though Lady Tsunade will have to punish him when we get back.
Kehira chuckled as he smiled.
Kehira: You better not be planning on doing anything.
Anko: OH come now, I wouldn't do that. Said smiling.
Kehira: Hehe, no sense in lying Anko. I already know what goes on between you two.
Anko: That so? Said as she chuckled.
Kehira: Just make sure not to go too far with anything.
Anko: Alright.
The two of them continued to walk around the town helping whoever needed help. They did this for the rest of the day until it got late as they had to turn in for the night. Several days went by as there was no word on the Amemui Clan or where Y/N was. During that time, Kehira was very restless as he wanted to go find him.
In a cave near the shoreline, two shinobi guarded the entrance with the sun rising or the horizon. Deep in the cave, there stood an old ceremony with a massive lizard-like statue with two large torches lit beside it. The person standing in front of it was Aibaru as he had a smirk on his face.
