I was in a carriage heading to the Hidden Leaf Village, my old home wasn’t safe for me, thats what my parents told me. My mother made arrangements with the Hokage for me to live there, but at first i refused to leave because it turns out my parents werent going to come with me.
The Hokage from Konoha is like a grandfather to me because since i was little my parents would leave me with him because they had missions but i never knew why they chose someone who lives in another village other than our own to watch over me, i guess they trusted him alot. He actually taught me a little too. Well I don’t know where my parents are right now but I just hope they're ok.
We arrived in front of the konoha gates and went through the village. It looked like the happy village i grew up in, I smiled.
Once we got to my new apartment the man who was steering the carriage helped me unload all of my stuff into the room. I was on the 2nd floor room 27.
"Thank you for your help" I bowed to the man and paid him. He looked down at the money and looked back up at me.
"This is more than you were suppose to pay me" I shook my head at him.
"Its for helping me, is fine" he slowly smiled, bowed then left.
I unpacked all of my stuff but there really wasn’t a lot since I only had a few things. After I was done I decided to go visit Ojichan (grandpa). I grabbed my headband, it was the leaf villages headband since i was here since i was little and tied it to the top of my head and walk out the door.
I knocked on his door a couple of times until i heard him say come in. I walked in to see him holding a paper infront of his face. It was quiet for a moment up he slowly looked up from his papers. His eyes widened as he looked at me.
"Is that you Kiyomi" he stood up suddenly. I nodded my head a ran over to him giving him a hug.
"Its been awhile Oji-chan" he patted my head then took another look at me.
"You've grow up to be a great ninja right?" he asked raising an eyebrow.
"There's only one way to find out" i replied as we both had the same idea in mind.
We walked our way to the training grounds where he used to train me when i was younger but on our way there people would stop us and talk to Ojichan. He didnt seem to mind though.
"Who is this with you?" a Jonin asked him looking at me.
"This is my grand daughter, Kiyomi" he placed his hand on my shoulder. The guy looked closer at my face and back to Ojichans.
"I didnt know i had a niece" he laughed. Ojichan laughed too.
"She's not really my grand daughter, shes the daughter of an old friend of mine and they've left her with me for awhile." he smiled at the man.
"Hmm, oh yeah im Asuma" he blew a puff of smoke.
"He is also my son" i gasped and looked at both of them.
"Well i have to go. My squad is waiting" and he walked off. I waved goodbye to him and continued our walk to the training grounds.
Once we got there i got into a fighting stance and Oji-chan removed his cloak. We both nodded at eachother, ready to fight.
I run at him and throw a kick few kicks to his sides but the blocks each one then on the last kick he grabs my leg and throws me to the side. I fly toward a tree but dig my feet into the dirt stopping myself from hitting the tree hard.
I look at Oji-chan and see him throwing a few shuriken at me, i quickly pull out my kunai and block each one. I grab some shuriken and throw some at him one of them having a paper bomb at the end of it. I guess he didnt notice and got hit with the bomb. As the smoke clears i dont see Oji-chan but i do see a wall, i smiled, of course he would get hit by something that simple. I stay still trying to locate where he is . . . bingo. I did a few hands signs ~Water Style Water Bullet Jutsu~ I spit out bullets of water toward the top of the tree where i sensed his chakra.
I saw him leap out the the tree dodging each bullet.
"He sure moves fast for and old guy" i whispered to myself. and down to the ground to ran at his still spitting bullets at him until we got to the area where i set up a trap.
We were now deep into the forest, we stood infront of eachother. He was probably waiting for me to make a move first. Well then . . . dont mind if i do. ~Crystal Mirrors~
