Type in ymp3 in your Google and put the copied link in the type bar after converting download the video. Check if it's in your gallery afterwards.do the same thing with the song

Put your clip in cap cut and you can Shorten it and add the clip more than once

After that get your sound and use extracted to extract the video and only use the sound

Line up your sound and add any effects to the edit
