Ant says "Snow, wait! Not the forest! "
"Why not?"
"The Shadows!"
I slow to a trot, and entered the forest. The smell intensifies, and I feel like I'm about to throw up.Ant yells "Snow, come back! "
I ignored her, and continued trotting through the forest.
Suddenly, I saw a strange, shadowy figure. It's head is like a deer, but with a large horn coming out of its forehead.Ant says "It's the Craxil! Snow, turn back! "
"No!"
It was quite a magnificent looking creature, but it would kill me if it got the chance. I could feel Ant staring at me, she was obviously scared.
"Snow, run!"
Without hesitation, I sped up, galloping through the forest. I knew Ant thought I was crazy. If this Craxil is really that dangerous I should kill it.I could hear Ants little wings flapping against the wind after me.
She followed me into the Craxil's lair.
The creature stared at me with its deer's eyes, and makes a sort of growling noise.
I quickly transform into a wolf and howls as loudly as possible to alert my brothers that I was in some sort of danger, but after last time with the hunter, I wouldn't expect the to come find me. The Craxil burst through the branches of a nearby tree, charging straight towards me. Its body is that of a large deer, but its head is that of a hideous, demonic deer. It almost looked like a skull of a dear.Ant flies up in order to dodge the attack.
I leap into the air, diving over the Craxil's head. It gives chase, flipping in the air and hitting branches with its body as it attempts to hit you.I yell to Ant "GET TO THE TREELINE I'LL CATCH UP"
I transform into a cheetah and sprinted up to the line with her.
You run up the closest tree, quickly flying up before the Craxil can reach you. It grabs at the tree, climbing quickly. I run again, as the Craxil leaps from branch to branch, trying to hit you.I gallop towards the creature, transforming into a large, white stag. The Craxil is taken aback by the sight of me, but doesn't attack. Instead, it stares at me in confusion.
"You..." the Craxil says, "...are a strange deer."
"You're a strange demonic creature." I reply to the insult.
"I am the master of this land!" the Craxil roars, "I've ruled this place for millenia! You mad deer! Do you not fear the power of Millennia?"I stupidly reply, "Nah I dont"
"You dare speak back to me?" the Craxil bellows, "I'll tear out your heart!"
It lunges forward, bursting towards me.
"Snow, transform!" Ant yells from above.
"Alright!" I mutter, turning into a large stag beetle and crawling under a leaf for the moment.
The Craxil's horns tear through the tree, and it falls to the ground with a thud. It quickly stands, shaking the dust from its antlers.
The tree collapses, Ant falls from the High branch and onto the Deer, But who is it?
I look at the demonic creature in front of you examining it's features swiftly. It's large, larger than even a deer. Its antlers are larger than you are in stag form.I transform into a white stag once again. I see Ant jump off the Craxil, so I know it is safe to attack it. I stab the Craxil's neck and pins him down with his antlers.
A/N- kinkie😏. No sorry I'm going to shut up.
I jump directly into the deer's face. As soon as it makes contact, it's head is twisted around on its body. The Craxil roars, shaking the me off.
I run forwards, transforming and tackling the deer like creature into a tree. The Craxil charges straight for me, and manages to hit me, knocking me on my back and smashing his body against the ground. The Craxil continues to stomp on me, before stopping. It turns, staring down at Ant, who was standing there while I was slowly dieing."You... are different." the Craxil says, "You have the strength to kill me. You are a warrior."
"Oh, really?" Ant says, "Then prove it!"
"Kill!" the Craxil roars.
I lay there hardly able to move as they begin to fight. I can't let Ant die... Not like this. I can't let him die over my actions. I knew I shouldn't have done this, but I am young and dumb."You dare?" the Craxil says, "Then die!"
I hear his gruff voice yell at Ant and I manage to stand up, it hurts like hell, a burning sensation burned in my chest and legs from the damage.
The Craxil raises its horn axe, swinging it straight at Ant.
She raises her sword, meeting the blow. The axe shatters on her blade, sending Ant stumbling back. Her arm is bleeding heavily, the flesh torn clean off your bones.
'It is my fault I got her into this situation ' my thoughts were running through my mind how it was my fault and how she would never forgive me again.Ant used her healing magic to heal her own wound.
Ant focuses, and her wound begins healing.
The Craxil charges straight for Ant, its axe raised. You try to dodge the attack, but you're too slow.I finally find the strength to walk and charges at the carxil and yells "PICK ON SOMEONE YOUR OWN SIZE"
You're too late. Quickly, Ant turn to my direction whilst charging straight for the Craxil. The Craxil doesn't expect it and swings its horn axe into the air. Ant, who is up and walking, sprints, leaps and kicks the Craxil in the back.
You stare at Snow, dazed. I didn't feel good, I was covered in gore and fell limp. I could hardly stand anymore. All I could hear was Ants faint
screams as she charged forward and ramming your sword directly into the Craxil's flank. The Craxil roars, swiping its horn axe at her.
My vision started to become fuzzy and darken. Blood pours out of the Craxil's mouth.I could see a faint fuiger of Ant rushing towards me. I start to feel tingly when she starts to heal me.
I begin to gain the ability to see and walk again as my body repairs itself.
"We have to go!" Ant says, "Now! Come on!"I say "Thanks" she saved my life yet again.
"Thanks?" Ant asks me, "But how is that going to make him get better?"
"It's either that or his corpse which I think we both know you don't want!" I say, grabbing her hand and leading her off to the woods.
"It worked!" Ant smiles, "Come on, let's go find the others!"
Ant leads me out off into the woods on the other side of the field.
