You waited at your 'home' for the others. Your injured arm made you unable to go with them. You let out a sigh before you hear yelling. You already knew who it was. "Y/N!~ We're back!~" Vinnie spoke in a sing-songy voice, making you roll your eyes. "Yeah! And we got apples!" You looked up from your bandaged arm. "You managed to get quite a bit. Including the apples." You looked at the two. "Where's Stone?" Vinnie looked away for a few moments. "Well.. y'see... we made a deal with someone, and he had to spend a bit with Tre for the deal. But-"

"I'm back." You looked at Stone. "Or he'll come back. I thought you had to be with Tre?" He took a sip of his alcohol. "He wanted some time alone. He got stressed out when I touched his shoulder." He took another swig. "Why?" You entered the conversation. "Don't know, but I don't care either." He sat next to you. Your eyes darted to his necklace. So pretty. Why couldn't you have it? You broke your arm doing something for them, and you can't even touch it?

Stupid if you ask me. "Hey Stone...Mind if I...." You reached for the necklace. He swatted your hand away. "I do mind. Leave me alone." He stood up and began to walk away. You followed. He had so many nice things, and never even shared! He's so damned greedy!  But maybe, just maybe, while he sleeps you could touch it? Just a small touch? That wouldn't be bad. He'll be fine. You turned around looking at the other two, talking as they played. "I'm gonna go take a walk, don't be stupid!" Stone called out as he put a hand on his hip. They nodded. "I'm going with Stone." He looked at you. "No, you're not."

"Yes, I am."

"I'd prefer going by myself." You rolled your eyes. "What's with you and being alone!?" He looked away. "Because people are awful. I don't like to be around them." He began to walk off. You followed anyway.

He scoffed and ignored your existence. He walked into a forest. You got anxious. He kept walking until there was a burned-down house. He walked closer and closer until it reeked of corpses and ashes. You gagged, but he didn't seem affected. He picked up a broken-down piece of wood. You watched. You heard him let out a dull laugh. "I was such a fool, y'know? Kids are dumb, haha. I burned the whole thing down." He turned around, staring at you. "But you wouldn't understand, would you? Your parents didn't want you... and if I was a parent, I'd do my best for my kid, even if I don't want it. You made it, you keep it and you cherish it. Especially if it has feelings." He turned to look at the house and sat crisscross. You sat next to him. He held his necklace in his hands. He hummed Ghost Boys. It glowed a light yellow. "It's my fault they're gone. That's why I don't like people. I don't think they should trust me." He rubbed it with his thumb, letting out a shaky sigh. "But," He looked up, a smile going on his face. "I'd do anything for you guys. No matter what happens to me. No matter how painful or sickening the thing is, I'll do it if it keeps you alive." You looked at him. He stared at the necklace, almost a sad smile. You put a hand on his shoulder and gazed at him. "We'll do the same for you, y'know." You hugged him, making him gasp. "I- I don't think I said hugs are allowed." Stone said this, yet melted into the hug. "Well, it seems you enjoy it." He tightly wrapped his arms around you. "Thank you...." That was all you heard him say.
