It's okay to let yourself feel everything you're feeling.

If you're feeling sad, let yourself cry.

If you're feeling hurt, it's okay to want to be alone.

If you're feeling heartbroken, it's okay to be sad.

If you're feeling mad, go ahead and work out your anger.

If you're feeling frustrated, please vent, as loud as you need to.

If you're feeling rejected, embrace and accept being looked over.

Just make sure you let yourself feel. You're not robot and how else do you expect to get over anything if you're pretend you don't have feelings.
