He looked at the man with hard eyes. The old man's expression still hasn't changed. He hadn't moved from his position either.

Jungkook could only muster up some courage and say out loud

"I want to go back, I have to go back"

Jungkook flinched. To be referred as 'the dead' was absurd. Yet he spoke.

I wasn't supposed to leave her. I was supposed to stay with her this year, give her flowers...she would ask me whether I show her where those flowers grew.... but this time instead of no , I would say, 'next year'. She would be so happy, so excited to finally get a different answer, to finally have something to look forward to....I have to..."
