Seraphina walks down the hallway past the stares and whispers, looking at her feet ignoring the fingers pointed at her. She begins to feel lonely without Theo by her side.
~
Theo has always been Seraphina's safety net in school, as he protects her psychologically and physically. Pack members know not to bother touch a hair on her head when either the Alpha or Theo is around. Despite her being able to take anyone who posed a threat, they both know she needs someone to protect her from herself and others to avoid losing control. Theo has always been her best friend and confidant, keeping her sane and at bay while at school and home.
Unfortunately, she is left alone at school as the Knight family is on vacation without her in the Bahamas. She has been left behind; which she does not mind due to her knowing she wouldn't be wanted on the trip but she does miss having her brother around at home and in school. This has left her vulnerable to the pack in both areas when the alpha isn't around.

Walking down the hallway, Seraphina reaches her locker; she warily turns her back to the hallway as it leaves her exposed to any attacks and it is always a risk that someone may sneak up on her.
Seraphina inputs the code to her locker, unlocking it. She swings the door open and hastily grabs her needed books, shoving them into her backpack.
As she swings the bag over her shoulder onto her back, a hard pull pulls her away from her locker, into the opposite lockers. This causes a wave of pain to erupt in her back due to the impact.
After she composes herself, she looks to her left to see her eldest brother's posse walking away with their backs now faced to her. They laugh out loud as they walk towards their class. She growls lowly at them before shaking her anger off and composing herself.
Seraphina walks towards the open locker on the opposite wall, she checks that nothing is damaged or missing from her backpack. She shuts the locker before making her way in the direction of her homeroom. Seraphina has mixed feelings of her education due to some of her teachers and their treatment of her.
The teachers consist of individuals that are both wolves and humans. Some of the humans are mates of pack members while the rest live in the town without official knowledge of Lycans. There is folklore and stories among the community but no official confirmation.
The human teachers treat Seraphina well due to her treating them with respect and kindness. Despite the abuse inflicted on her, Seraphina doesn't blame the world and continues to see the positive in everyone.
The human mates tend to pity her due to the pack's treatment of her and lack of understanding of the given reasons given by both adults and teenagers of the pack. At first, they attempted to stop any abuse spotted but was always left ignored, this left her feeling deep respect for them for their efforts and natural kindness.
* Seraphina's POV *
I step into my homeroom, noticing most seats already filled but the teacher's desk is empty. I make my way to the centre of the room where I usually sit, snickers from the jocks fill the room on the incident by the lockers.
I glare at them intensely while keeping my mouth shut as I plop into the seat. I do my best to ignore the whispers and I wait for the other students and the teacher to arrive.
