Season finale

Danielle and Stefania had gotten a lot closer over the last few months. With covid restrictions and all of it, they were happy they could at least see the people they worked with since they were tested all the time.

For Danielle though, this was new. She knew she had an attraction to women but she never pursued anything. Not even a kiss. She played a bisexual character, yet she was afraid of her own sexuality. She didn't want to be gay or bi or whatever. Even though she knew deep down that it wasn't a bad thing or a problem. She'd always had accepting people around her and yet somehow..

Now that she'd been spending so much time with Stefania, she felt even more confused. She liked her, for sure and Stefania is gorgeous but was she really attracted to her? Was she just imagining it? She didn't know.

Stefania on the other knew she was bi. And it didn't bother her in the slightest. She'd struggled so much when she was young that by now she just didn't care that much anymore.
Her sexuality came up once when she was talking about the characters and the show and what that representation means to younger people.

Danielle was a little bit shocked by that because that meant that she actually had a chance with Stefania. Somehow.

And so they got used to spending so much time together. Cuddling close while watching a movie felt like the most normal thing in the world to both of them. Danielle got nervous at first but she got comfortable really fast. They'd eben reached a point were sleeping in the same bed with their arms around each other felt like the most normal thing in the world.

Their friends but also the people who were merely colleagues noticed how close the two had gotten. Most if not all of them thought it was just a close friendship though. Only Jaina made a comment every now and then but lucky for Danielle it was just quietly to her and not for everyone else to hear.

It was the day they filmed the wedding. Danielle was super giddy because she knew how excited the fans would be that their favorite couple got married.

They were on the dancefloor along with everyone else dancing to some loud party music when Danielle suddenly wasn't nervous anymore. It still took everything she had but she decided to surprise Stefania and pulled her in for a kiss in the middle of the dancefloor.
The kiss of course didn't last long because of how surprised Stefania was but she did kiss the blonde back.

After they were done with that scene they had about half an hour of a break to eat lunch. Danielle was nervous as ever after doing the surprise kiss so she was the first wo disappeared to get lunch. She contemplated for a second wether she should just go into her trailer or eat with some of her cast mates. But the anxiety got her and she disappeared to her trailer.

Stefania was still wrapped up in a conversation with Barret when Danielle left so she didn't even notice. Only when she was at the buffet as well she saw that the blonde was nowhere to be found.

She wanted to talk to her though and rather sooner than later so she got her food and decided to check Danielle's trailer.
She knocked and immediately heard noise from the inside of the trailer. Seconds later Danielle opened the door.
"Hi Stefania" she tried to smile the nerves away but failed miserably.
"Hey. Can I come in and eat with you?" Stefania asked in the sweetest tone.
She very well noticed just how nervous Danielle but decided not to make it worse by directly asking. Especially not where everyone could see them.

A few minutes later they were both sat at the little table in Danielle's trailer.
"So.. that kiss was a surprise" Stefania smiled at the blonde who just got more red and embarrassed then she already was.
"Yeah uhm... Sorry if... If I made you uncomfortable" she then stuttered.
"Bambina, you know I don't mind. You know I like the scene a lot. But it surprised me. You usually don't improvise" Stefania answered.
"I guess... I was just in the moment or something" Danielle muttered.
"Why are you that nervous, bambina? Everything's fine. You didn't do anything wrong" Stefania tried to calm her down which made Danielle laugh a little.
"Oh Stefania, if only you knew"

After a few seconds of silence Stefania decided to try something. Something she'd been wanting to do for a long time but she didn't want to make Danielle uncomfortable so she kept flirting and making it as obvious as she possibly could so that Danielle would try to make the first move. Now she felt like she should just try. Danielle only felt comfortable doing so when they were Maya and Carina.

She put her hand under Danielle's chin and carefully lifted the blonde's head so she was looking at her. Danielle now looked even more scared but happy at the same time. She knew what Stefania was doing or at least she wished she was right with what she thought was about to happen.
Stefania then carefully leaned in, slow enough to give Danielle space to pull away. But she didn't. All she did was stare at the gorgeous woman in from of her and be happy about what was happening.
When Stefania eventually was close enough to her face though she was the one who pulled the brunette in.
That first kiss turned into a few until they both needed air.
When they pulled away Danielle just looked at Stefania with the biggest smile plastered on her face. Stefania too was smiling at the blonde.

They'd made out before, sure, but that was Maya and Carina. Now it was just them in their little bubble and it felt different.

"I've been wanting to do that... For a while" Stefania smiled.
"Me too" Danielle added with the same wide grin.
"Yeah, I could tell" Stefania giggled.

They sat there for a few minutes in comfortable silence, stealing kisses every now and then, until there was a nock on the door.
"Danielle, hair and makeup" someone shouted from the outside.
"Thank you" Danielle shouted back quickly"

"So... "Danielle said, pressing another kiss on Stefania's lips.
"Yeah.. we gotta go" Stefania giggled.

On the way to get their makeup redone they walked close together and kept talking.
"So.. we don't tell anyone, right?" Danielle asked, now a little unsure of herself.
"Yeah no not right now anyway. Let's just enjoy what we have for a bit" Stefania smiled at the blonde who just nodded.

Before they could say anything else, Jaina joined them and they got lost in conversation.
Janina, like everyone else, had seen the kiss on the dancefloor and wanted to know what it was all about but didn't ask simply because she couldn't get Danielle alone. She knew the blonde was not one to improvise. Especially not stuff like that.
And she also noticed how crazy happy she looked when they made their way to get their makeup redone.
Not only that but both their makeup was a little messy from their makeout session in Danielle's trailer.

They eventually were back on set filming.
"So.. the focus for this scene is more on Andy and Sullivan but we want you two to dance in the background. All lovey dovey. You just got married. Got it?" The director told them.

Danielle and Stefania didn't mind a single bit. They were dancing close together and even snuck a kiss every now and then. And those kisses weren't Maya and Carina. Simply because it was all just gonna be in he background.

They filmed a few more scenes with a similar setup but the focus more on Danielle and Stefania so they were more careful.
