Little background story:
You guys met at hydra, they were experimenting on her. That's how she became a vampire. They used her as a weapon. She's also the 'friend' you were talking about to Bucky. They brainwashed her but with Shuri's help you could bring the old lexi Back. She's basically the only person you truly care about, you guys are very close and build up a good relationship for over the years.
What she can do: Compulsion Fly ( she doesn't do it much tho) Super speed Super strength Immortal
Her weaknesses:
Vervain Wood She can be killed by a wooden stake to the heart.
What would she have to do to Make someone else a vampire:
Feed a human her blood Then killing the human When they wake up they have to drink human blood to complete the transition.
She has full control over herself. Blood doesn't affect her that much, therefore she's totally harmless. No one knows about her and you like to keep it that way.
