Introduction

Preeta trusted Karan when the world didn't but she had to pay her price.

She testified for him, against Monisha and her mother's wishes.

Her mom thought she chose her friendship over her family, when all she did was choose truth over evil.

So, she asked her to leave. Temporarily. And if possible permanently.

She was brave and strong and broken all at once. So was he, when she told him about it.

She was never his, but losing her broke his heart. Like breakup without a relationship.

And then he realized
how much you truly miss someone when something happens, good or bad, and the only person you want to tell, is the one who isn't here.

She left but her hope didn't. She continued to look for proofs to prove him innocent and Karan fell more in love with her.
