The blue haired girl glanced over at her hyper class mates, glazing over their faces with her stare, she wasn't one to talk, but observing, well, she was better on the sideline. Her face softly rested in the middle of her palm, she noticed perhaps she had been staring too long, the chatter faded a little as they began to whisper to one another, looking away nervously. She hadn't meant to space out, they probably got the wrong idea. She wasn't meaning to intrude. Oh well, another companionship down the drain, not that she was necessarily looking for one, that was the least of her worries. Other things were top priority right now, like.... Studies! Of course! She had been working so hard on the past few exams she guessed she had finished early.
The white piece of paper sat gently on her desk, beams of light stroked off it's surface. Right, she had finished, no wonder, she remembered now, at least, after her dozing off. She looked at the clock right as he bell chimed, it rang through the almost barren classroom. The period was already over, she could have sworn there was at least 20 or so minutes left, how long had she spaced out for? She inhaled, letting the air through her nose and out her mouth.
Stepping out of the classroom, her book bag in hand, it's strap lazily strung across her shoulder, she looked to her side only to be visited by an orange haired flash fly across her vision, it was a girl, to be exact. She was wearing the same school attire Rei was. Perhaps she was a student here? What was she in such a rush for? Watching the girl run, her skirt flowing with the wind, her sweet yet stressed expression, she was envious. The girl was able to express such emotion yet.. Rei could barely conjure up the courage to crack a smile. Let alone laugh without being patronized.. The period had only ended a short while ago, there was no need to be running. Ugh, she was overthinking again, typical, even she, despite being quiet and hidden away from the rest of the world, she would often gaze through anything she could, take a look at every single aspect from the inside out. She had always been like that, for as long as she could remember.
She walked down the lightened hallway, the windows expressing the light that beamed through. Her footsteps echoed throughout empty way and seemingly off the walls. The insistent tapping lulling her to sleep. Her eyes were droopy, she was so.. So tired. Nonetheless she continued, looking behind her for a second, disappointed the girl had disappeared. Too bad. She seemed rather.. Intriguing.
"Huh? LATE! What do you mean LATE???? It's only a few seconds after the next class! WHAT DO YOU MEAN LATE?! I'M RIGHT ON TIME!"
Asuka shrieked at the elder. A tall, skinny man, with a short, sleek haircut. "Ms. Langley, I don't make the rules, you had violated two very important orders we strictly stick to at this school and disrespecting your elder's wishes is a direct violation of our school pride. I'll have to ask you to head down to the principals office. You wouldn't want to get in any deeper trouble than you already have. Make the right choice, Langley." Asuka just glared, her teeth clenching behind her aggravated expression, as her face twitched in rage. This wasn't fair, there was no way she could take it back now. Staying out all night with Shinji was a mistake, no wonder she overslept. She stamped her foot, twirling in the direction of the school's counseling office. Great, just fantastic, what would mom say?? After she got caught the first time there was no way she would be let off this time. She was pissed, mostly at that self righteous asshole elder of her's. He's one to talk about school pride. Just last year he had got caught cheating on his wife of four years with the school nurse, no one hardly respected him now. He was an outcast and she was happy he had gotten what he deserved, it felt dirty mocking him behind his back but that's karma. She snickered to herself, brushing the strands of hair out of her face.
She didn't deserve this..
She paused.
Looking down at her feet.
She shrugged her shoulders and smirked to herself.
Yeah.. She didn't
"Tsk, idiots.."

This is one of the stories I'm really looking forward too and I have A LOT planned! Hope you'll stick around for a lil' until I can get this story on it's feet! This anime is really interesting and pretty (aesthetically) and I not only like the ship but putting some angst and some emotion into the characters personality's is very fun. This is more of an AU of some sorts, (alternate universe), so it's not gonna be about the original story line but instead take place in a more uh, normal kind of setting than what Neon Genesis Evagelion shows as an anime. I won't spoil anything but do be prepared for some exciting new content B)
