Dazai whistled happily as he hopped, skipped, and jumped down the hallway.
He was glad his surprise visit had excited Chuuya, he really couldn't wait to see him, even though they had a date that night.
Turning down the hall, he pressed the buttons on the nearby vending machine, grabbing snacks for himself and his lover, knowing all his favorite things to eat.
He hummed slightly, replaying his plans for the evening. He had really planned something spectacular, he really hoped that Chuuya would enjoy it, he wanted it to be special for their four-month anniversary.
Hearing the buzz of the vending machine drop the snacks, Dazai bent down to retrieve them before turning and heading back toward Chuuya.
He had hoped to take Chuuya out for dinner tonight at a place he knew he'd been wanting to go, and then take him on a little road trip to one of Dazai's favorite spots. He really hoped Chuuya would love it just as much as he did.
He smiled, just thinking of his chibi's reaction to the whole thing.
"Chuu- '' Dazai began as he rounded the corner, but quickly silenced himself and hid at the scene before him.
It looked like... Chuuya was...
Kissing someone else?
But this can't be right, right? Dazai thought to himself.
Chuuya wouldn't do this... right? Dazai tried to reassure himself.
But as he peeked around the corner he caught the eye of the redhead towering over Chuuya, he smirked at him, causing Dazai to let out a slight growl.
He couldn't stand there and watch Chuuya play with his feelings any longer, the taller male was obviously trying to get a rise out of him by playing with his boyfrie- ex-boyfriend.
Dazai turned on the heel of his foot and exited the school, practically fuming.
He needed to cool off, and to think through everything that happened, before ever facing Chuuya again.
He pulled his keys off his belt strap, throwing open his car door and plopping himself inside. Turning the key in the ignition, not even bothering to buckle up, before slamming his door and driving far far away from that school.
