This silence is too loud
This looks as though and empty crowd
This warm air is making me cold
This isn't a good thing, or so I've been told.
What if there were stars in the daylight
What if I needed you to smile bright
Would you share me your shoulder
Would you let me weepIt's a different sensation.
To sense the frustration
It's a burning cold to be
To be losing your means.
My heart almost stopped today
It took me a good second
But I caught my breath after all
Though that's never all
Since this silence is too loud.
