-simple explanations-
Lilio is a a god. The God of Deception and Trickery. Lilio is capable of shapeshifting to whatever he pleases, including his reproductive system if he chooses to do so. Lilio has Wings in all of his forms but he can change the size to hide them better.
Mars is a hybrid of a Charged Creeper and a Phantom. (Yes these are Minecraft ocs) They have Phantom wings and Creeper patches, and yes they have those electricity things around them.

Mars- Sub leaning switch
Lilio (God form)- Alpha dom
Lilio (mortal form)- extremely bratty sub
