Come With Me *Kellic + Copeland*

So obviously I'm doing band ship imagines. And this first one goes to Piercetheveillover01 because she wanted this. Requests will be opem so message me. Sorry if this sucks, May.

@piercetheveillover01: (Alright I got one so basically it's Kellic and it's super fluffy and story line is that Kellin found out that Copeland wants to move in with him by Kate won't let her so they got to court and he wins her when he cries tear of Joy Vic,his boyfriend, is just hugging him and so is Copeland and she is 3 in this)

Kellin's p.o.v

"No!" Kate screams at me whilst scaring Copeland. "But why not? She wants to! She said it herself!" I yell back at her looking over at Copeland. "Because I don't want her to be affected by the gay." She smirks leaving me to gasp. I retaliate quickly though. "Well, she said she wants to be affected by the gay." I say smirking at her now shocked face. Copeland bursts into tears and I rush over to her. "Shh, Cope, daddy's right here." I say trying to calm her. "But -sniffle- mommy doesn't want me to be with you, daddy." She says with tears running down her face. "Well, she can't stop me from taking you today to hangout, now can she?" I say and her eyes glimmer with hope. "The answer is no by the way." I say picking her up. "Where do you think you're going with my daughter?" Kate snaps. "You mean our daughter. And she's coming to my house to hang with me and papa Vic. Isn't that right, Cope?" I ask looking down at her. "Yep." She says shaking her head up and down. "See?" I say while walking towards the front door. "Bye, mommy!" Cope says and I shut the door.

I walk to the car and put Cope inside, strapping her up safely. I walk over to the driver's side and slide in. "Daddy?" Copeland asks me when I turn the car on. "Yes, sweetie?" I reply taking the car out of park and putting it in drive. "I want to live with you and daddy Vic." She says. "I know. We're trying, okay?" I say backing up out of the driveway. "Okay." She says.

We reach the house and just before we get out, Vic opens the front door and runs out. "Copeland!" Vic yells running up to her. "Daddy Viccy!" She yells and runs as fast as her tiny legs can carry her to him. They reach each other and Vic picks her up into a hug, spinning her around. "I've missed you, Cope." He says kissing her forehead. "I've missed you too." She says giggling. "And you didn't miss your boyfriend?" I ask putting a hand over my heart mocking hurt. "Of course, I missed my boyfriend." He says walking over to me and hugging me with Copeland between us.

We walk into the house and I sit on the couch while Vic sits on the floor playing with Copeland. My babies.

"But I don't wanna go home. I wanna stay with you and daddy Kell." Copeland cries after Vic told her I had to drop her back off. Vic looks at her with sad eyes. "I know. One day, I promise you, you'll live with me and daddy Kell. Okay, sweetheart?" He says looking her in the eyes. "Okay." She says wrapping her tiny arms around his neck. "I love you, daddy." She says to him and he smiles. "I love you too, Cope." He says before letting go and turning to me. He has tears brimming his eyes. "Aww, Vic, we're gonna get her." I say reassuringly and he nods. "I'll be back, I love you." I say kissing his nose. "I love you too. Be careful." He says and looks at Cope. "See ya, sweetie." "See ya, Viccy." She giggles before turning away toward the door.

I pick her up, open the front door, and walk out. Vic stands in the doorway as I put her safely into her car seat. We drive there singing one of my bands songs, Stomach Tied InKnots.We get back to Kate's house and sit there for a moment. Kate comes out of the house and stands on the porch. "Alright, I'll see you soon, baby." I say to Copeland as I pick her up and walk over to Kate. "Okay. Tell daddy Viccy I love him. Also I love you." She says kissing my forehead. "I will. I love you too." I look up at Kate to see her looking infultrated, prbably because Copeland wants me to tell Vic she loves him. I hand her over to Kate and whisper in Kate's ear. "We're going to court by the way." I whisper and step back. "Bye Cope. See ya boys!" I yell to her sons and they yell back. "See ya, Kellin!"

Court Day

Vic's p.o.v

I look at myself in the mirror. Kellin comes up behind me and kisses my cheek. "We're gonna win." He says smiling making me smile too. "I know we will." I say and walk downstairs. "Ready to go?" I ask with the keys dangling from my hand. "As ready as I'll ever be." He says smiling. We walk out of the house and before Kellin gets in he starts singing. "Here we go. You got one more chance to make it." He sings referring to earning custody. "Haha, why don't you ever sing my bands songs?" I ask laughing. "Because I know mine like the back of my hand. I know yours from you and memory." He says leaning over and kissing my cheek. "Fine, you want part of one of your songs?" He asks and starts singing. "Let's go!" He screams. "There from the begining of A Match Into Water." He says smirking. "Alright, smartass." I say chuckling.

Kellin's p.o.v

We reach the courthouse and get out of the car. When we get inside I see a very angry looking Kate. I turn away and continue walking with Vic. We enter the court and take our seats. "All rise." Some person says and we stand. We see the judge walk in and take a seat. "All be seated." The same person says and we sit back down. (A/N I'm not sure how a court thing goes.. so don't be like "It doesn't go that way." cuz I'm not a damn politiction.) "So the case here is Kellin Quinn wants custody of Copeland Quinn. Correct?" The judge says. "Correct." I say when no one else does. When it does actually get started I don't pay attention to what Kate has to say. My ears start to tune in when I hear, "the jury has made a decsion." Me, Vic, and Kate stand, waiting for the answer. "The jury has decided that Kellin Quinn now has full custody over Copeland Quinn. However, Katelyn (Not sure how to spell her name.) does get to see her every other weekend." The judge says and me, Vic, PTV, and SWS start cheering.

"Babe, we won!" Vic yells pulling me into a tight hug. "Daddy!" I hear the sound of Copeland calling me. "Cope!" I say picking her up and squeezing her tightly to my chest. Soon all of PTV and SWS are in a group hug around us. "Now you can get married!" Copeland cheers happily. I look over at Vic to see him smiling at me. "Yeah." Vic says staring into my eyes.

Kellin's p.o.v

We're now happily married. He proposed about a week after Copeland said it. Kate still kinda hates me but she attended the wedding and she looked really happy. I still see the boys so I'm happy. Alls well that ends well, right?
