A WALK TO THE DEAD SOULS

~CHAPTER ONE~

Moving to a new place was the worse. One has to make a new beginning in life; forgetting the old place and start making a new one, stepping an alien place,but most of all,one has to make new friends,have a new girlfriend or boyfriend, changing who you are just to adjust to the new environment. All this run through Dylan's mind,he was looking outside since he was the one sitting no the other side of his father's car, just lost in his thoughts. They were moving from Mombasa to Nairobi and the drive was to take six hours.
He remembers the last conversation he had with his father,before accepting the fact they have to move...

"Son,just accept it okay...infact you gonna have a new brother"
"Dad I'm not mad but annoyed,yes you can marry and I can have a brother but moving out!!! No no dad,or tell them to come over so we can stay here with them"
" Son, I have already bought a house there,,,I'm sure it's gonna be fun and you will get new friends and you won't be bored you know"
" No...no no dad,I'm okay here,I don't need knew friends...dad my life is here"
"That's enough young man,I know how you are feeling,this place is my home too,but I have to move out since I got the promotion and I want to start my new life with us as a family all together just in a new environment,son please"
"I get you...or let's do this,I will stay here and you can go,I will be fine as long you call and I'm sure everything will be superb"
" Stop being unreasonable,you are sixteen years,underage to stay alone...anywhere I go,you go that's my final say on this discussion"

He signed heavily as his dad turned to look at him " son, welcome to Nairobi city"
yeah no offense,it was big city and beautiful ,tall buildings was everywhere,people where countless,hawkers where doing there jobs, cars where too countless,it was a busy town indeed: " so are we there yet?"
" Oh no just thirty minutes and we will be there,so how is your view on the town?"
" Just okay"
"Just okay?"
He just nod and minded his business when suddenly his buddy Peter called,Peter is his child hood friend,whom they share a lot similar characteristics
" What's up dude?"
" You, are you guys in Nairobi "
" Yeah but not new home yet"
"Oh,but dude don't be mad,I get you"
" Don't mention it"
"Just something to tell you, your girl got mad when I explained to her,call her and do it now yourself"
"Sure...thanks men,"
" You know I got your back...take care and tell the old guy I said hi okay"
"Ok ok bye"he hung up and saw his father staring at him," what?"
" Was that Peter?
" Yes and he said hi"
" mmh, hi to him too,oh we are here finally" Dylan just minded his phone and never said anything,his father parked the car in front of the house and got out first,Dylan just sat there and suddenly he saw two people,a woman and a boy probably his age.
But when his dad hugged them then he knew that the woman is his new mum while the boy his brother. Everything was unpacked within thirty five minutes but Dylan was still in the car just bored. He was moved distracted from his thoughts by a knock on the window.

t was the boy that is gonna be his brother, he slide down the window screen " yes?!" That's what come out of his mouth "oh,hi,,,mind coming inside? You are being waited"
" Okay I will be there " He saw the boy leaving without saying ' fine ' to him.
He didn't bother but had to get out of the car,when he saw his dad there inside standing there with the woman ' his mum ' but didn't see the boy,he wandered where he was
" Hello hunny,how are you? It's nice meeting you finally,I have been hearing a lot about you love,infact you share some similarities with Sean you know"
So my brother's name is Sean! He thought to himself " Hi too, I'm fine ,nice meeting you too" He was shown his room and couldn't wait to be told anything else instead he just walked in to his new room,he just looked around his room and switch on the radio to listen to his favorite playlist,like he was seriously bored " hey can I come in? " He was distracted from his thoughts by Sean
" Yeah yeah come on in"
" I have noticed you are bored ever since from the car"
" Am I??"
" Come on it's Written all over your face" he just came near Dylan's bed and sat on top of it,
"By the way it's good to have a small brother
...wait I'm his small brother?! I thought we were agemates!
" Don't tell me we aren't agemates?"
" You are sixteen and I'm nineteen,of course I'm your big brother"
" I thought I was...just nevermind "
"Hahaha! Now you know"Dylan just frowned..." Hope I'm gonna love here and make friends"
" I'm sure you will get along here,and when it comes to making new friends, don't worry about it coz I know you can and everyone would love to be your friend,,,infact why don't I take you out tomorrow to meet my friends,they too can be your friends, you won't be bored in Nairobi"
" I love the idea, can't wait"
That night they talked not realizing the time but finally they had there dinner and off to bed,Dylan learned how his step mum and brother are,worm welcoming,he was somehow not annoyed with the new place.
On the next day, Dylan and Sean took off the place Sean's friends were,on their arrival,Dylan was surprised to see new faces waiting, all he could here was,where is he? Hope you never fool us.i can't wait to see your small brother...
