Today is finally it! I'm going to Camp Buddy with my new friends!
I just gotta make sure I have everything I need:
Swimsuit, check
Sunscreen, check
PE Uniform, check
and most importantly
Snacks, check.
Alright, looks like I'm all set. My dad said that today is special because not only is it my first day, but it's also sports day as well. I'm so lucky that I know how to play through this list of events Dad had of the activities for the big day, especially swimming and rope climbing: my absolute favs.
"Sweetie, you ready yet? We're gonna leave in a bit!" I hear my dad calling from my room.
"Yeah Dad, I'm all set!"
Well, time to go to the camp. ____________________________________________________________
We finally make it to the camp and I gotta say it looks amazing and we haven't even entered yet.

"Ah, Ms. Nomoru and Mr. Nagira. It's been a while since I've ever last seen you two."
"Oh Mr. Reed, there's no need for formalities. Your always welcome around here after all."
"Hello, Mr. Reed. It's been a while since I last saw you in person. Why did you have to leave us for so long?!" She said getting on Dad's leg like if she were a little kid.
"Now, now, Yuri. That was because I was offered a job in San Francisco and I took it up to earn a good life for Addie and my baby girl. Speaking of that.... Scout, this is Yuri Komoru and Yoshinori Nagira, scoutmasters."
I walk up to both of them and offer them handshakes. "Nice to meet you, Daddy's told me so much about you two. I hope we can run this camp well together and make it the best place on Earth."
