30. Gym and surprises

Kat's POV

Malibu woke me up this morning. I only had 2 hours sleep. I want to cry. about 5 minutes later Harry came through the door. " would you like to come to the gym?" He said in a stupid voice. " I don't have a choice do I?" I said to tired to argue. " nope" Harry replied popping the 'p' I groaned into my pillows and looked at the time

" Haz it's 5:00am" I groaned. pulling myself out of bed and walking over to hug him. " I know but we need to. you can wake the girl up." he laughed

" Umm no I need to get ready." I said running into the bathroom to get changed. I pulled my hair into a high ponytail and wore minimum make up because I sweat like hell. I rummaged through my suitcase before I finally found my yoga pants and black low split vest. I threw the yoga pants on and put my leopard print sports bra on. I then put the low split vest over the top that said ' pineapple studios' down it. I walked out of the bathroom and Harry was still trying to wake the girls up. I laughed catching his attention. "You try then?" he sighed

" No I'm going to wait in the car" I laughed. " no you're not" he started to make his way over to me. " no I'm gonna go find the boys and then wherever they are I'm gonna stay with them." I said quickly closing the door making all the girls wake up and making it look like Harry I snickered when the girls all screamed at him. I ran down to Louis room assuming they would all be in there. I didn't bother to knock just cause. " morning" I groaned walking in to find them in a pile on the floor. " aww my nipples!" I heard Niall shout. I laughed catching their attention. they all looked at me in sync.

" Yes Kat's coming to the gym with us." Louis cheered climbing off the pile of boys in the middle of the room.

" Yeah I kind of have to. I don't have a choice. what are you doing to Niall" I laughed making my way over to Niall helping him get up. I walked over to Louis kitchen " throw me an apple lou" he went into the fridge and threw a carrot at me.

" Lou" I said staring at the carrot in my hand

" What" he said his head still in the fridge.

" This is a carrot" he pulled his head out of the fridge and looked at me then at the carrot.

" Hey you took my carrot" he cried

" You threw it at me" I laughed. " no I didn't" he joked taking the carrot out of my hand and putting an apple there instead. Mia and Harry burst through the door a couple of seconds later. " Harry made me get up" she groaned

" He made me get up too" I sighed

" The girls are gonna stay here and then they are going to take Malibu out for a walk." Harry explained. I nodded in reply and continued to eat my apple.

After the boys finally woke Zayn up we all clambered in the car waiting for us outside and made our way to the gym. Mia had fallen asleep on the ride there so we left Harry to wake her up.

We walked in to the boys PRIVATE gym. I still hadn't gotten used to all the stuff they have. Niall and Louis were skipping down the corridor. "boys your on the machines today." Paul shouted

" Okay" Niall and Louis chorused. They got to the end and turned opposite ways and smashed into each other. me and Mia looked at each other and burst out into laughter. I was so glad she was here. They got up and started arguing about which way was the right way... and not the LEFT hahahahaha. I'm a terrible comedian. harry ran down and told them something and I guess Louis was right because he started jumping up and down like a five year old.

We made out way down the corridor to the elliptical room. we walked in and this place is massive. Mia just stood there in shock. " I have no idea how to use this stuff." she laughed. " dance studio?" I suggested " yep" she said popping the 'p' just like Harry did.

I'm so glad I have Harry he's always there for me. Between him and Mia I'm never alone. Harry makes me laugh when I think I'm never gonna smile again, as does Mia. we snuck out of the gym and walked around to find the dance studio. we must've walked for about 30minutes before we found it. seriously do they really need 4 different weight rooms?!? We walked in and Mia went " honey I'm home" I laughed at her as she strolled around the dance studio. in front of us was floor length mirrors. and to the right of us the wall was a lot of windows. they covered the wall. Outside the windows the sun was shining and it was full of flowers and it had a pond in the middle of all the plants. it was so pretty. there were a few girls, fans I guess sitting on the benches dotted around. me and Mia warmed up and did the routine we were doing at school to uptown funk. after that there were a few people outside the windows watching. they must've heard the music. " what one shall we do now?" Mia asked

" What about I teach you the routine to 'GDFR'" I suggested.

" Yeah I've heard you're an amazing choreographer." I laughed at her compliment and taught her the routine. it took her a while to get used to the fast arm movement or ' tutting' as it's called. we did it a few times and we were drawing a crowd. " shall we do the lay me down routine?" Mia asked. this was one of our favourites. it was about children dealing with grief and losing someone you love. we did this routine and everyone outside the windows applauded. there were actually a few boys. we went over to the window opening a few of them. we signed some autographs but didn't take any pictures because we were sweating. a couple fans asked could they record us. we said that it was fine. " Take me to church ready"

I played the music and we did the routine to take me to church. this one was more contortionist work and acro.

" Hey can we do the what I like about you one that ones so much fun" Mia asked between breaths. I nodded and went through the music on my phone to find it. I'm so glad my knee is holding out. my knee hasn't been hurting for a couple weeks now. I think I might finally be over it. I played the music and we did that routine.

" Okay I want to do the 'elastic heart' cover routine (the video at the beginning of the chapter)" I shouted over to Mia. this was our duet in school. we started the routine and it got to the chorus

Well I've got a thick skin and an elastic heart
But your blade it might be too sharp
I'm like a rubber band when you pull too hard
I may snap and I move fast

It started with a big jump and I can down hard I felt a little bit of pain in my knee and I continued through the chorus it hurt even more. but I kept going. it got to the second chorus. I did the jump and came down even harder than before. my knee buckled and I fell to the floor. " KAT"Miascreamed

" I'm fine I'm fine" I said getting up but falling back to the floor. I felt something wet and cold trickle down my knee. I lifted my hand to see blood falling down my knee and leg. " Kat you're bleeding in getting the boys" M.w said running over to the door.

" No Mia don't they'll panic I'm fine I swear." I finally pulled myself off the floor. it hurt but I tried not to show it. we did some stretches when my phone went off. it was my twitter. everyone was tweeting my asking me if I was okay the fans outside must've tweeted that I fell. the boys came in and asked were we ready to go. me and Mia nodded walking out with the boys. we got in the car and Louis drove. I feel endangered. " Mia when are you flying home" I asked

" In a couple of hours" she sighed

" What no you can't." I cried I looked at Niall who looked at Harry and Harry nodded

" Mia do you want to stay on tour with us and go on stage with Kat?" Niall asked

" I'd love to" Mia squealed
