Y/N's story as the UA traitor

- Chapter 19 -

I stand in the ring, my hands fisted.

Tokoyami stands in front of me, in a similar position.

Izuku was rushed off to recovery girl, and Iida has already had his match against Ibara.

I think back to Endeavour's words,

You won't be able to make it to the final rounds, I've seen the other students.

I shake my head,

'I'll prove him wrong, I'll prove them all wrong.'

Midnight raises her whip.

"Begin!"

Dark shadow shoots out of Tokoyami's abdomen, charging straight for me.

'S/N.'

She appears in between me and Dark shadow, and I can only pray they can see her.

I step out of the way just in case, and to my luck, dark shadow stops.

"Nice try Shinohara, but I know S/N can't be hurt. Dark shadow," Tokoyami gestures dark shadow with his hand.

Before dark shadow can do anything, S/N grabs his hand.

"I know, but that doesn't mean S/N can't be used as a distraction," I comment, charging towards Tokoyami.

Tokoyami normally uses Dark shadow for his offence attacks, but he relies on defence whenever an opponent manages to get past his quirk.

Dark shadow manages to shake off S/N, and flies in between me and Tokoyami.

I smirk.

"S/N!"

S/N appears in front of me, and I continue to run.

She folds her fingers together, creating a flat surface with her hands.

I jump up, my foot landing in her hands.

S/N takes a deep breath in, and as she releases she pushes me up into the air.

"WOAH!! Did Shinohara just step on air??!" Present mic cheers.

I use my momentum to steer me forwards, my body doing a somersault in the air.

I am in the middle of passing over dark shadow, when S/N appears beside me once more.

She places her hands on my back, and while I'm in a diving position, she pushes me towards the ground.

I zoom past dark shadow, heading straight for Tokoyami.

Preparing for my landing, I stick my hands out towards the ground.

Having effectively gotten past dark shadow, I land on the ground, doing another somersault to loosen the impact.

I am now right in front of Tokoyami, and I stand up as fast as I can, not leaving my body open for attacks.

Tokoyami readies himself to fight, in a defensive position, as I predicted.

I raise my leg, kicking him in the abdomen.

He stumbles backwards, his hands lowering.

I crouch down, sticking out my leg.

Tripping him, he begins falling towards the ground.

I jump up, spinning level with him in the air, my leg still extended.

I effectively kick him with as much force as possible.

Tokoyami is sent flying through the air, and out of the ring.

Midnight raises her hand in the air,
