[Heeseung]

Heeseung is not a nosy person. Really. He can be nosy, yes, but only to people who's lives actually matter to him.

For the longest of time, those people are the ones who debuted in Tomorrow X Together. Yeonjun, Soobin, Beomgyu, Taehyun, and Kai. He was beyond heartbroken when he found out that yes, he's in the final debut pool but he didn't make the final cut for the debut lineup. Not only did he feel that he's dream of becoming an idol under the BigHit Entertainment shatter, the people close to his heart had also become unreachable in terms of industrial levels. They comforted him and called him several times but he has locked himself away from them, too heartbroken about everything and too ashamed of himself to even congratulate them properly.

Eventually, they left for LA where they will spend a year of training before debuting on March the following year.

I-Land is a fever dream. It's consist of good and bad memories. No matter how much he adores the other trainees, he can't bring himself to fully care for them. Not when everything is a competition and not when he isn't sure who will make it and who will not. He can't survive a second heartbreak for the people that are close to his hearts. So he makes sure to always keep people in arm's length. He failed, of course. There are people that will always climb over his wall or force their way in.

He can still vividly remember the day Geonu left, the time Jungwon almost got eliminated, and the day they officially parted with K and Daniel as Enhypen members. The relief of making it and the immeasurable pain of losing those people. He vows to himself he will not go through that again if he can help it.

But now. He has 6 younger brothers who he can fully adore and dote on because they are his as much as he is theirs.

So once again, Heeseung is not really a nosy person. However, he can't help but be invested in everything his members are doing. It's not like he sticks his nose to their businesses, no. He just watches all of them silently to see what they're all up to. He never had any younger siblings because he's the baby of the family so he isn't really sure what he's doing half the time. He dimly wonders if this is how BTS' Jin and TXT's Yeonjun felt.

Anyway, he's been noticing that two particular members aren't on speaking terms. He wasn't sure first because whenever everyone is together, they do talk to each other but if it's just the two of them, they don't interact at all.

Sunghoon and Jungwon's friendship is a bit difficult to comprehend. They've known each other for at least two years now and they belong to the same trainee group so they've always hang out together. However, they have too many similarities on the surface and Heeseung realized that, maybe, opposites really do attract because that would explain why these two, who are from the same pole, do not attract to each other. 

But despite that, their friendship is really something. Jungwon is someone who's reliable and mature for his age and at the same time, is someone who's silly and loves making fun of his members (or his hyungs because Ni-ki is Jungwon's exception). He reminds Heeseung of his own self sometimes and the fact that Jungwon once labeled them as twins made Heeseung realize that the younger shares the sentiment.

Because of Jungwon's maturity and emotional control, it's easier for the members to depend on him for emotional support. Heeseung loves deep talks with Jungwon and he's also doing his best to make sure that Jungwon is doing well emotionally. Jay is overly fond of Jungwon and babies him as much as he can and in return, Jungwon gets away with anything that he does to the second eldest. Jake and Sunoo, having been insecure of their talents and skills during the beginning despite their massive growth and innate talents, look up to the younger. Jungwon always make them feel that they belong and always encourage them with words. Ni-ki, the only one Jungwon actively clings to, is just as taken towards their leader and Jungwon always makes sure that Ni-ki is comfortable.
