Chapter 10 - Comfort

''Me and your dad are going to continue setting up the baby's room so you and Robbie can watch a movie or something if you want'' My mum explains in a joyful tone to lift the atmosphere. She still talks to me like I'm a little kid, I think its so I don't seem like I'm growing up too quickly. My parents walk off. ''We don't have to watch a movie if you don't want to'' I turn to Robbie, playing with his hand which is intertwined with mine. ''What would the movie be'' he smiles and lifts my face to his, our faces are close. ''My mum got me Ways To Live Forever, don't know if you've heard of it'' I try to keep a straight face but end up giggling at myself. ''Hmm let me think, nope, never heard of it. This means we have to watch it'' he replies sarcastically joining in with my giggling before kissing me on the forehead. 

We get the room darker by shutting the curtains and shutting the rooms doors so it feels cozier. We get comfy on the couch, Robbie is slouched in the seat with his feet up on the chair rest that pulls out. I slouch next to him with my head under his chin, on his chest. We get through the first few minutes before I speak up ''Aw, widdle Robbie'' I feel his chest rise and fall from him sighing. ''It was only four years ago. I was 15'' he laughs. ''Seems longer when you say you where 15'' I drag myself up so my face is next to his. He turns so I stare into his deep green eyes and he does the same. I see his face getting closer into a loving kiss. 

(Just in case, this paragraph has spoilers in it for the movie Ways To Live Forever so I warn you before reading :3 ) 

We get to the part where Robbie (or Sam as called in the movie) kisses a girl for the first time. ''You jealous yet?'' Robbie turns to me with a devilish smile. ''Not at all, she isn't dating you'' I smile and punch him in the arm playfully. I don't remember how but after that, we start kissing again and I can tell what Robbie is hinting at as I kind of want it as well. His shirt ends up half off and he is on-top of me, we are lost in deep kissing with my hands wrapped in his hair. Eventually I pull my face to the side ''Robbie, my parents are home, we can't'' I feel my face heat up from the sight of him shirtless with the little bit of TV light covering him, his smile piercing my heart. ''We don't have to do it, I understand if your not ready'' He lifts off me and helps me up. 

''Its not that. I do want it but my parents. They would freak out'' I watch as he puts his shirt back on. ''How about we leave this until another day. My parents go out of town soon for a few days, it would give us some alone time if you came to stay the night'' His face is also red from the moment we had, his hair is messed but its adorable like that. ''Its a date'' I smile and get up to turn the movie off as we've missed most of it anyway. After lighting the room up again I notice Robbie looking on his phone so I creep over to the couch cushion and smash it against his face. ''Yes! one point to Sammy!'' I raise my voice and laugh. ''Oh its on!'' Robbie grabs the nearest cushion and smashes me back. 

We go on like that for a while, hitting one another with different cushions sometimes using two at a time. We laugh like two maniacs before Robbie knocks my cushions out my hands then tickle attacks me. ''N-no! Ok-O-Okay I give u-up!'' I manage to say in between laughs and breathes. He holds me so my back is against him and rests his head on my shoulder. ''Hey, how about we do some singing'' I smirk because I know he doesn't like singing. ''No you know I can't sing'' his tone gets scared and so he releases me. ''I don't like being tickled but I'll sing with you'' I grab his arm and hes still refusing. 

''aw come on, for meee?'' I extend the me and put on puppy eyes to make him give in. ''Fiiiine but only this once'' I release his arm, he has a pouty expression. ''Okay mr grumpy, what should we sing'' I sway a little with excitment. ''How about Something I Need by One republic? its been stuck in my head lately'' he seems a little excited as well, he still trys to hide it though. ''oo I love that song'' I grab my phone to play the song on youtube. I start singing quietly then grab my confidence and burst out singing and dancing around the room. When the chorus comes I hear Robbie join in, slowly but then full into it with me, he even joins in with dancing. We probably look like fools but its fun, Robbie at one point takes a 'dancing' selfie with me to post on instagram. Hes not as bad at singing as he puts out to be either. 

When the song ends I can't stop smiling, this moment feels too perfect and I never want it to end.
