Aishteru.

Lavi Bookman, the hyperactive prankster at Black Order High, bounced through the halls, and to his locker. It was Valentine's day, and there were lovestruck couples everywhere. There was even a whole 'secret admirer' thing going around, where people put notes in each other's lockers. That was part of why he was so excited, that and it was the end of the day.

//\\ A few hours earlier //\\

Yu Kanda, a Japanese transfer student with a bad temper, walked through the halls and stopped at... Lavi's locker?! He had no idea why he was doing this- Oh wait, Lenalee Lee, his Chinese transfer friend, was forcing him to 'reveal his feelings'. Whatever. Looking around to make sure no one was in sight, he shoved a note into the redhead's locker.

//\\ Back to the present //\\

With a fluttering sound, Lavi noticed the messily folded, college ruled paper that most teachers and students carried, fall to the ground. The hyperactive male bounced in place and picked it up, noticing the simple message on it.

'To: Baka Usagi'

"Oh! It must be from Yu-chan~" Lavi whispered, and unfolded it. Inside, it simply read,

'Aishteru.'

Lavi inwardly squealed, the so-called emotionless samurai had actual feelings! For him, of all people! The redhead dashed off down the halls, finding the ravenette quickly. "Yu-chan~!!" Lavi called, wrapping his arms around the blue haired male.

"Oi, baka usagi! Get off.." Kanda growled, trying to shake Lavi off of him.

The prankster whined, pouting. "But Yuuuu-chaaaan! I want to tell you something!"

The short-tempered male growled, and sighed. "Fine. Say it, then leave. I don't have time for annoying rabbits."

Lavi smirked, quickly pressing his lips to Kanda's. "Aishteru, Yu-chan~!" He ran off before the other had time to react, hoping he wouldn't be killed for that.

"Oi! Baka Usagi!" Kanda chased after the other student, catching him. "What the fuck was that?!" He hissed.

"Its called a kiss, Yu-chan~" Lavi cooed, laughing.

"That was not a kiss." Kanda stated, grabbing the other's shirt. He bent his head, slamming his lips down on the other's. Pulling away, he gave a tiny smirk. "That, was a kiss."

Lavi's eyes went wide, and he broke into a grin. He shrugged, still smiling. "Well, I got my kiss either way!"

Kanda sighed, but nodded. "I suppose you did."
