It's me and my brother who leave the house every morning at about 7:45 when outside the wind is howling like a pack of wolves. The rain falls in so many directions the pavement under foot is soaked, the feeling inside you tells you to just go back to bed. Such a common feeling especially in the winter. My friends are the only reason I walk out my kitchen door with my head held high.

I meet them at the bus stop. They sit near the back on a three seater so I can pop down next to them. When your my age the best things normally happen when you are around your friends. On the bus to and from school always end up the best part of my day thanks to Lucy and Nora. Lucy and Nora are my two best friends who make me laugh everyday. It's normally stupid things that we talk about like the idea of doing lodes of awkward things in a lift. e.g. draw a box around you in a lift when there is only one other person in there and say "my personal space".

Right now we are all obsessed with singing "all bye myself" off Bridget Jones when on the bus. Everyone must hate us, but none of us care because we are all having the time of our lives. Before that our favourite song was "I am cow" off of YouTube.

Because we are all in our early teens we find the rudeness in any sentence which make us go into a laughing fit. We also the A-Z of rude sayings on the bus just because we can.

Around Christmas time me and Lucy received a letter from Santa. Me and Lucy thought it might be from our freaky English teacher and she somehow found out our address. This made me really scared however after a couple of weeks Nora announced that she knew it defiantly not from my English teacher. Then I realized that it was only Nora who sent me the letter.

The reason I wrote this short story was to tell people to live your live and laugh because you only live once!
