"I'm sitting on my bed. Trying to listen to the rain instead of my parents fighting."
"I can't do this anymore." Samantha says quietly.
She gets up and takes her wallet and puts it into her pocket. Then she opens her door and goes to the door of living room. Her parents are fighting there.
"They do that everyday. I am done with this! They never get along!" Samantha whispers to herself.
"Mom... I am going out." Samantha says, even tho she knows that they won't listen to her.
She waits for a minute but they just continue shouting at each other. She looks at the door next to the living room door. She walks towards it, takes keys from the top of the cabinet and opens the door. She puts the keys in her pocket and starts putting her shoes on, while staring outside into the dark.
"It looks like it will start raining... But I have to go now." Samantha thinks.
She goes outside and closes the door after her. She starts running away from home.
"I'll be gone for couple days... I will come back then!" Samantha says.
She runs and runs. She is happy to get away from home.
"Only couple days Samantha... okay? Then you will go back, right?" Samantha says to herself.
after some minutes
Samantha is getting tired of running and she stops for a moment. She sees a bench not really far away from her.
"I'll just go there and sit for some time!"
She sits down and takes her phone out of her pocket. She looks for places that she could sleep at.
"Am I that far away from home?" Samantha looks around her. "How did I even get this far?"
Samantha continues looking for places to stay over night.
After couple minutes it starts raining. Samantha puts her phone into her pocket and decides to just try to find a place to stay overnight by herself.
She starts running again.
after 3 minutes
"What is that noise?" Samantha thinks.
She slows up her speed and starts walking. Soon she stops and turns around. Someone is pretty close to her! He looks like he is about the same age as Samantha.
"He doesn't see me?" Samantha notices.
The boy keeps getting closer and closer to Samantha.
"Should I run?" Samantha thinks, but she just stands still. She wants to know who is the person, that is almost only one out in the town this late with her. She is also really brave, which makes her to be able to stand still.
"Hello?" Samantha says pretty loudly.
The person stops and raises his eyes from the ground and looks straight towards Samantha. Samantha stares at his green eyes.
"Who are you?" The boy asks, looking really surprised.
"Who are you?" Samantha asks the same question.
The boy looks at her for some time and says then: "Why do you want to know?"
"What do you mean? You asked me first!" Samantha says.
"That's why you tell me first." He says.
"What an annoying boy." Samantha thinks. "I am Samantha."
"Oh oka-" He starts.
"Who are you?" Samantha asks.
"Why are you in the rain without even a jacket?" He asks.
"Answer me first!" Samantha starts getting angry.
"Okay okay! Calm down!" He says. "I am Jonathan, now tell me why are you in the rai-"
"Why do you want to know?" Samantha asks.
"Just wondering." Jonathan raises his shoulders.
"What if I don't want to tell you?" Samantha asks.
"Well-" Jonathan starts.
"Well what?" Samantha asks.
"Oh my god, let me finish!" Jonathan sighs.
"I'll go now, bye." Samantha turns around and starts walking away.
"Hey! Wait!" Jonathan walks after her.
"What do you want?" Samantha doesn't stop.
"You are the one that stopped that you could talk to me! And now you are just going away like that! Rude!" Jonathan continues walking after Samantha.
"I just wanted to ask you something, but it turns out you are annoying. I don't want to ask you anything anymore." Samantha stops.
"I know I am annoying! Just please tell me what you were going to ask!" Jonathan looks at Samantha.
"Fine. Do you know any places where I could stay overnight?" Samantha sighs.
"Well... We have couch that can be made into a bed at our house-" Jonathan says.
"No way." Samantha says and starts walking away.
"Alright then but it is going to rain the whole night." Jonathan says.
"I don't care! I am not stupid! I am not just going to someones house like that! And staying overnight? Are you crazy?" Samantha says and hopes she had never spoken to him.
"Well... now that I think, it is kinda creepy." Jonathan says.
"Now?? Oh my god. I can't it with you. Leave me alone! Why are you following me anyways?" Samantha is angry.
"Sorry but my home is this way." Jonathan says angrily.
Samantha looks at him for a moment and looks other way then. "Whatever."
