everyone says that
thunderstorms sound angry.
but i think thunderstorms
are anything but angry.
i think thunderstorms
are the sound of
the creatures living in the clouds
dancing & laughing
while mocking us for thinking that
thunderstorms are such a livid thing.
of course we think that
because humans are such hateful things
while the creatures in the clouds
dance & sing
& mock us
but also feel sorry for us.
but they also know
that one beautiful day
we will be lifted from this hateful place
& become one of the creatures in the clouds
who dance & sing
& enjoy things
simple things
like thunderstorms.
