I woke up with the noise of the front door opening, got up and already grabbed my crossbow and aimed for the door only to find Marley with a smirk looking at me, lowered the gun and visibly relaxed.

- FUCK, never scare me like that again - I said putting my hand over my heart and dropping the gun on the floor - What the fuck were you doing out there without any help at this time? - I asked, getting worried.

- Relax Rae I lived alone for almost 2 months I wasn't going to die so easy, and by the way I just went to get our means of transport - she said leaving the front of the door so I could see the trailer that is parked at the entrance, it was very big and was white and yellow, we could definitely live there for a long time, smirked at the great help this will do us - And before you ask I found it at the end of the street there were some walkers inside, but nothing I couldn't handle.

- Even so, you could have woken me up, I'd go with you, I can't lose you, okay, so don't do that anymore - I said looking into her eyes that started to water, but she gave me a smile and nodded - But since we're here let's go see this beauty - at that exact moment we heard a cry coming from the other side of the room - I think someone was also excited to see the new transport - I said that and went to get Sarah who was on top of the blankets - Hi baby, you okay? I think you're hungry, right little one?-I said and went with her on my lap to get a little food that was on the table- Correction Mar, me and the little one are going to eat and then, we are going to see that beauty-I said and that made Marley laugh and agree.

After we finished eating I handed Sarah to Marley and went outside to look at the trailer but not before I got my favorite gun; stupid, and I went outside, opened the door and went in, it really seemed to be very cozy, there was a sink, cabinets, bathroom, bed, a mini sofa that had a table in front and the driver's seat, I watched for 1 hour, checking the engine, some lights inside the trailer, plumbing, the amount of gas that from what I've seen it will lest us about 10 hours.

When I heard a grunting behind me, I turned around and saw at least 6 walkers coming towards me, I got ready to start shooting the first two arrows hit the two closest walkers, then a third one on my right moved very fast, but I managed to hit an arrow in his eye causing him to fall to the ground, then I managed to shoot three more arrows that killed the other walkers that were left, then I went to each one and removed the arrow from their skulls because I have to keep using them if it wouldn't be over very quickly.

- Wow, that was good - I looked back and saw Marley with Sarah on the porch looking at me - And what do you think Sarah? - she asked the little one in her lap who started clapping her hands making both of us laugh.

- I'm happy to be entertaining - I said sarcastically making Marley laugh a little more - But my two princesses, we have to pack our things because we have to get to Kentucky today, so LET'S GO!! - I said and we all went back inside, packed our things then were able to leave.

After we stocked up the trailer with all our stuff, which was a lot, we got straightened out and Marley and I agreed that every 4 hours of the trip we would switch positions so Mar started driving and then I went.

Columbus, Ohio

We were an hour down the road, Sarah was sleeping next to me on top of some blankets that were on the table so I could keep an eye on her, Marley was humming a song softly that I couldn't identify, I was making some arrows from woods that I found before we left, I used knives to sharpen them, and at the same time I was paying attention to Sarah's peaceful sleep, I wish I could sleep so peacefully like that, I smirked while looking at her, and I didn't notice that Marley was watching me in the rearview mirror.
