    "Come, Tick Tick, Lets get going Storm."
Its been about 6 years since Mama died. Everything was forced on Papa. When we got older, he let some worry go. Toby had just became 18 last week. So now Papa was for sure o.k.  Emmy is 11, Cooper is 6, and I am 14. Since Toby and I are the oldest, we get the farm when Papa dies. We have to do all the dirty work.
    I train the Horses, pick up after them, clean the stables, then feed all the dogs.  Toby cleans the chiken coop, cleans the dog cages, and does any physical work.  Emmy helps around with me and Cooper watches Toby.
    I sighed, getting Storm into her cage. She was a wounderful black horse. She was Mama's horse, and she is still living today.  I never got my first horse till Mama was 5 month pregnant. I named him Aerodite.  He is a beautiful white and black spotted horse. He was amazing. I also have a blonde and white horse. Her names was ButterBabe.
    "Oakley!" Toby called my name. I looked back at him. He had his shirt off and his hat on. "Yes?"
We need you down in the dog stable. They havn't been fed. " I just got done taking care of the horses! " "Well get a move on!"
    I rubbed Storm's nose and kissed it. I then ran to the dog stable. They always ran around or stayed in their cage. We knew which one was which by collar. We sell them to make money though. We take strays. Anytype at any Time. We only kept 5  dogs. Each one for us. A basenji name Aikea ,American Alsatian named JoJo,A Saint Benard named St,A German Shepard named Mila ,and A Dalamation named Dia.
    The most recent dog is actually Jojo. He is only 4 weeks old and he is mine! I then started grabbing food bowls and filling them. Placing them in a cage one by one. Emmy then came in. " Need some help?" "That would be great."
Emmy and I continued to help all the dogs.
    Before I knew it,  A man walked in. He wore a business suit and seemed to be not used to the dust and dirt from the ground.  "I'm looking for a Earl Adams."
He stated. 
"He is up North. My brother is running the place."
I stated.
He coughed rather hard and held his face with his hand. When he controled his cough he handed Me a note.
"Give this to your father. He owes money."
I looked at the letter with the word WARNING in red.
I glared at him.
"Fine."
He coughed his way out of the barn.
"Stupid ass business men wanting this damn ranch."
I cursed.
Lots of company men had been trying to buy the place. They would fix something in this old Ranch and ask for money. They knew we could already barely afford the ranch just by himself.
    I stoped my work and ran towards Toby.
"Emmy! Continue the dog feeding please!"

     I ran up to Toby and handed him the letter.
"Damn business people." He ripped the letter in half and stomped on it. I looked around the ranch.
"Where is Levi?"
Levi was my brother's friend from High school. He lived in Texas most of his life till he became a high schooler. He was only a year older then me. I loved his southern accent. It made me giggle . You could tell he was from Texas. I thought he was kind of cute in a way.
Levi was staying with us while his parents were in Russia. His parents weren't very country anymore. He stayed with us because he enjoys working with us. Papa said he could stay as long as he would clean up around here.
    "He is studying for finals. His parents want him to pass."
I frowned.
"He should be doing what he wants!"
"Don't complain Oakley. Its not lady like.
I just frowned.
Then I looked in the field.
"Wheres Cooper?"
    "Fishing for frogs. Told him if he found me one, He would be doing something around the farm."
"So you are stalling him?"
"Don't blame me, he wants to do something around the ranch."
I just laughed.
Cooper, all you need to do is be the brother we all love.
