Chapter 16

(Chelsea's POV)

"For sure!" They both smiled and yelled.

"Okay so when do I ask?" I laughed.

"Umm, whenever it feels right I guess?" They laughed.

"Oh well we're going to the mall and boating before our get together tonight. Maybe then?" I asked.

"Sounds good, and my dad is coming in like 30 minutes." Bella said.

"Agreed, and my sister is coming in like 20." Macy said.

"Alright sounds good! And I can't wait for tonight!" I laughed.

**11:00 am**

(Chelsea's POV)

Macy and Bella both left a little while ago. I decided to get ready to go boating, Logan and I both agreed to go boating first and then to the mall. Tonight Macy's family, Bella's family, and my family are all having a cook out. I was super excited! Today I am also going to meet my older brother Dylan. I threw on my bikini grabbed my sunglasses, a water bottle, my phone, braided my hair, grabbed my flip flops and headed outside.

(Bella's POV)

"Madyson can you come here for a minute?" I yelled.

"Yeah sure, hold on!" She replied.

"Okay what is it?" Madyson questioned.

"Okay well what should I wear tonight?" I asked.

"Cute but casual, make sure it's comfortable too." She laughed.

"Okay and one more thing.." I said nervously.

"What would that be?" She asked.

"Well don't tell anyone yet please, but I have a boyfriend." I replied shaking.

"Awh, what's his name?" She laughed.

"Matthew Espinosa." I smiled.

Wow, I really love the sound of his name. This day was going by better than I thought it would. Now all I had to do was get ready to go back to Chelsea's later.

(Chelsea's POV)

Logan and I have been on the boat for about an hour and a half. He told me about this girl he likes but she has a new boyfriend every week. I gave him tons of advice and I think it might have helped. We were headed back when I had to get something off my shoulders.

"Umm, Logan can I talk to you?" I asked.

"Well, yeah!" He laughed.

"Okay so I've known you for a few days but I was wondering, would you like to come and live with us in North Carolina?" I said making the end really enthusiastic.

"Really!" He said getting up and hugging me.

"Yeah, and there's a bunch of guys that live right by me and we live on a lake." I smiled.

"Well I'll talk to my dad but it sounds fun!" He replied.

So we got home and I got in my shower and Logan got in his immediately. We were kinda on a tight schedule today, but it's okay! After I got out I got dressed and blow dried my hair. I was sitting at my vanity doing my makeup when Logan came in. He sat on my bed and we talked and laughed for about 30 minutes until I was ready to go. Logan drove to the mall, it's not to far away only about 20 minutes.

**4:00**

(Chelsea's POV)

Logan and I just left the mall and we bought tons of stuff. I bought stuff from: Pacsun, Forever 21, Victoria's Secret, PINK, Topshop, american apparel, Abercrombie, sephora, and a bunch more stores. I'd say it was a pretty successful shopping day! Well I got home and changed my clothes again. I had to clean up my room because the gathering was at my house. I also got everything decorated and ready to go so when everyone gets here it will be done. I started to bake the cookies and cupcakes then I cut up all the fruits and vegetables and put them in dishes. After everything was cooked I put it all on the island in our kitchen along with silverware, plates, bowls, and napkins. This was gonna be a fun party!! I had called our maid over to help me clean before the party started. Luckily we still had 30 minutes before the party and everything was ready.

Knock! knock!

Hey maybe they got here early?! I ran to the door expecting to see Macy or Bella.

"Oh, umm hi." I said welcoming this boy inside. He looked older than me but younger than my dad maybe in his late teens?

"Hey my boii!" Logan yelled running up to him.

"Chelsea this is Dylan my brother, Dylan this is Chelsea your half sister." Logan said introducing us.

"Oh heyy! It's nice meeting you" I said smiling.

"Yeah, you too! You staying here?" Dylan questioned.

"Only for a few more days then I'm leaving" I explained.

"Oh, where and with who?" He asked.

"North Carolina with my 2 best friends Macy and Bella!" I said.

"You live alone? Already?" He asked laughing.

"Yeahh" I laughed.

After a little while everyone arrived and the party began. I've missed everyone's family like crazy! I realized there was one person missing from this party.... My mom. I walked down the hall to her office, I opened the French doors and barged in.

"Are you gonna go out there or are you just too good for that?" I kinda yelled.

"No I'm finishing up work." She replied not making eye contact.

"Oh yeah, I hear this all the time mom. It gets kinda old, IM DONE HEARING THIS! You're always to busy even for your own daughter. You left me mom, you completely ditched me. I thought you'd be happy to see me, I tried to surprise you. But instead you don't talk to me, we don't hangout and you're not a real mom. You don't give a crap about me or what I do. You really just don't care. I'm so done with you. I will never be able to call you my mom, EVER! Think about that." I yelled slamming the door.

I really hope she thinks about everything I just said. I walked back out into the living room where everyone was talking and having a good time.

"Where's your mother honey?" Julia asked.

"She's uhh, doing work. Like always, too busy." I forced a smile.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Maybe she'll make it" Jenna smiled.

"I doubt that." I replied.

After about an hour she comes out of the office in a fancy dress. Of course. She makes eye contact with me until I break it by looking away. She walks over to Julia and Jenna and begins to talk.

***2 hours later***

Dylan and Megan seem to be hitting it off. They've been hanging out ever since she got here, not gonna lie they'd be cute. Right now Macy, Bella, Logan, Andrew (Bella's brother), and I are all on the pontoon boat playing games and talking. This reminds me of how much I really miss being here with everyone. After we got back we started a bonfire and changed our clothes. We made s'mores, talked, and played games. Right now life could not get any better.
