Once their blood is on someone or something, they can use it to do whatever they want to the person or object! For example, once her blood touches a person or object, she can control them/it, or explode them/it, breaking the object or killing a person. If the user uses the quirk for too long, they can bleed out and pass out, die from bloodless, or get low blood sugar. They can also slice someone in half by swinging a stream of blood at them.
Personality:
She is very mysterious and a strange person. Even in the heat of battle she is very calm and confident. The only time she isn't is when Dabi is being the dominant one. She is also SLIGHTLY perverted but nothing like Mineta!
