Lithia began to clean up the plates Dex and Atlas had left behind on her dining table. Such lovely boys they were, but cleaning up after them was beginning to become an annoyance.

An annoyance that she was happy to endure, of course. After all, Dex and Atlas we're basically her little brothers.

As she began turning on the sink, her ears twitched at the sensation of two, no, one person entering the confines of her protection spell. The other was already in the cottage.

She's felt the presence of these two before, it was Klarie and Ridicule. Ridicule never used the front door like one should. He always glitched himself in, which used to annoy her at first, but she's grown used to it.

"What's up Lithia, got any food?" He began rummaging through the fridge before she could reply.

"Why of course you can go through my fridge, no need to ASK, Ridicule." She pointed to the table which held a plate of sweets she had made earlier.

"Ooo, your baking is the best," he said as he moved his attention towards the cookies that sat on the dining table.

Not a moment later, Klarie bursts through the front door.

"HEY EVERY-"

Looking off to the side, she makes eye contact with Lithia and her big, booming aura suddenly goes limp.

"...One." Klarie's face immediately shows a deeper shade of red, Ridicule snickers at the sight.

"So much for cocky heheh," Ridicule chuckles under his breath.

Broken out of her trance, she turns to Ridicule after politely closing the front door.

"SHUT UP!! At least I'm not a lonely sack of crap like you, hmph." She crosses her arms, satisfied with her comeback.

"Ouch, such a low blow. How ever will I return from that?" He grasps his shirt, and rests his hand over his forehead dramatically.

"I see you're as lively as ever, aren't you, cutie." Lithia dries her hands after finishing up the last plate. She walks over to Klarie and takes her hands in her own.

"Come, you're probably hungry after dealing with him all day," she moves her head in the direction of Ridicule, "I'll make you something, sit down!!"

"HEY, WHATS THAT SUPPOSED T-" Lithia hushes him before sitting Klarie down in a seat at the table.

At this point Klarie felt like she was going to burst.

Lithia? Making lunch?? For her???

She was taken aback, but now wasn't the time to be all embarrassed and flustered. She was an all powerful succubus, a small crush couldn't possibly make her this nervous. She had to show that she was capable. That she was strong. That she was cool.

She just had to impress her.

"H-hey!! How about I help you out? I'd feel bad making you do all the work." Klarie stood up out of her seat.

"Hah, let's see how this plays out. You won't last a second in the kitchen." Atlas rested his arm around Dex as he focused his attention towards a flustered Klarie, snickering at the thought of her 'helping out.'

"Ah!! Can I help too?" Dex chimed in.

"Klarie are you sure? You can relax while I do the cooking," she turned towards the boys who sat comfortably on her bed, "And of course, Dex, you're always welcome to lend a hand." She gave him a warm smile.

"Yes, a hundred percent sure!! What are you planning on making?"

Lithia's expression drooped a bit. She really didn't want Klarie to help. She wanted to make her a special dish on her own, but if that's what she wanted, then so be it.

"How about some lavender cookies? They'll pair nicely with the tea leaves I found earlier back," she begins speaking to herself, "oh, but that means I'll have to go out and collect more lavender...Decisions, decisions."

"Oh!!" Klarie got up suddenly heading towards the kitchen counter, "This is the basket you collect ingredients in, right?" She couldn't look Lithia in the eyes, it was like a heart attack waiting to happen.

She instead turned her attention towards Dex and Atlas. A quick nod of the head towards the door told them that she really needed to go. A second more and she'd explode. Just being in Lithia's presence really did a number on her.

Venturing outside into the surrounding woods proved to be a somewhat difficult task. Lithia had a protection spell around her home, but beyond that was free reign for agiles. The bigger ones resided within the city itself, but Lithia and the others made sure to keep their guard up.
